This newly built home is just a block away from the Paso Market Walk and a few minutes drive to award winning wineries, downtown tasting rooms, craft breweries, farm-to-table restaurants, local boutiques and so much more. About the space:
Walk through the front door into the dining room space complete with a table set for four and a dedicated workspace situated beneath expansive picturesque windows. The living room features a reclining couch and two swivel club chairs. There are games galore and a Smart TV for guests to enjoy. The brand new, stunning kitchen has a peninsula island with bar seating for two and is equipped with all of the essentials needed to prepare a gourmet meal. Small appliances include a Keurig coffee maker, French press, microwave, toaster, hot water kettle, blender and so much more. Washer/dryer is located in the hallway.

The beautiful primary suite features a luxurious king size bed, cozy reading chair, ensuite bathroom and Smart TV. Each bathroom is equipped with hair dryers, luxury towels plus bathrobes, shampoo/conditioner/soap, hand soap and more. The guest bedroom has a plush king size bed and Smart TV. The guest bathroom is conveniently located in the hall between bedrooms.

Step outside onto your own private deck featuring a fire pit, BBQ and lounge set. Sip on a glass of wine while you take in a beautiful Paso evening when grilling dinner outdoors. Downstairs you will find a high top table with seating for two plus a corn hole game. The perfect place to relax and unwind after a day spent exploring all that wine country has to offer.

We have a strict NO pet policy here. Please leave your furry friends at home. Any guests who do not abide by this rule will be asked to leave or incur a fine of $500.
