Nestled in an middle of an oak filled ranch, with a year round stocked pond at your doorsteps, the property offers 3 bed & 2 Bath, sleeping 6

Come throw a line in a catch some big bass fish, watch the sunrise and sunset, watch birds, watch the fireflies and wildlife, walk the ranch, pat cows or go out and about and explore the area, the wineries and unique local area.

Dine at some great local fare restaurants and visit heaps of wineries.
We do not supply fishing rods reals or bait
This property is situated in the middle of the ranch. Gate Must be opened and closed upon both entry and exit to the property at all times.

Pet Friendly - your welcome to bring your furry friends - please take note of our PET FEE per stay. we are a working free range cattle ranch with cattle fencing, pets are not allowed to roam about the property unsupervised, there is a fenced in area for your pets.

Pets are NOT allowed on beds, we expect you to bring your pet beds!

Awesome property

Really enjoyed the stay at this property. Great place to bring your family for a getaway that is out of the way. Spent plenty of time relaxing on the deck overlooking the lake and also spent plenty of time walking the property to just soak in the atmosphere. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare a dinner and there were plenty of options to dine out nearby as well. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Ducks came up to greet us when we arrived and some food for them was also provided which was a nice touch. In the morning a horse and numerous cattle stopped by to say hello as well. Wish we could have stayed a few more days. We primarily went here to watch the total eclipse in April 2024 and enjoyed every minute we were there. They also have beef for sale which we weren't aware of or else we would have planned to partake. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Amazing getaway

The home was clean, comfortable, had a great shower, centralized location, the pond and huge deck with the cows, cattle and horse were AMAZING for these “city folks!!” My one and only criticism (and it isn’t really a criticism because you should vacation and not work) is that the WI-FI was not password protected….I deal with personal information and had to work for a few hours and it made work so slow with only my hotspot. Other than that one little thing the trip was amazing and very very relaxing. Loved the listing and will definitely be going back again! Thank you!!

Perfect get away!

Very clean and comfortable! Communication with property owner was great! Would recommend this place for anyone wanting to just get away from it all and enjoy some hiking and quiet time!

Such a vibe, we didn't even leave!

Rented this property for my birthday because I love cows, could bring my dogs, and I wanted to hike at Crockett Gardens. But this place was so beautiful, we barely hiked! We just wanted to stay and enjoy the nature and the cows! 10/10 would recommend. Leisel even let us feed the cows with her one night, and we couldn't stop laughing as they swarmed us for food! They're such beautiful and gentle giants. The house was spacious, lots of natural light, and I enjoyed cooking all our meals here. Great space!!

Loved the Ranch!

This property was better than described. The house has everything as described but the star is the pond in the front surrounded by trees which draw the cattle and deer out for water every morning and evening. These magnificent creatures were the highlight of our trip, plus the ducks that are the welcoming committee (my daughter named them Brownie and Whipped Cream). The property is well maintained and it appears they also do weddings in a beautiful barn. We didn't want to leave.

Get away while our home is being shown for 2 days over weekend.

Was just amazing and peaceful. Cows are wonderful addition.

We found everything better than expected and had a restful stay. The property was nice for exploring and my daughter even caught fish. Happy family! Thank you and will look to return.

Wanted to get away for Valentine's!

We just decided we wanted to get out of town for Valentine's weekend since we really never go anywhere but we weren't interested in staying at a hotel because we wanted to bring our pup with us so finding something pet friendly was important. I have the VRBO app but never used it before, was my first time. When I decided to pick the town/city, I then looked for a place to stay. Having seen 14 pictures of this property and the type of property it was, it was perfect. Quiet, relaxing, no distractions. 😊

Wonderful Stay.

The property is amazing! Relaxing on the deck at night, starring up at the stars made our stay worth the drive, but waking up to a visit from the cows (Audrey, Elsie and Sofia) and the horse made it a wonderful experience!

Great getaway

The place was clean and everything was as described. Kitchen was stocked with basics (so bring your own if you need something special) and the grill was awesome. Beds were comfortable and the space is perfect for small groups to hang out. The property is really nice to walk around and Dabbles the duck is absolutely adorable. All of us would definitely return

Loved this property!

We completely enjoyed our stay on the property, especially when we got to go feed the cows. It is beautiful and serene, and we loved every minute. The friendly ducks were a highlight as well

Peace and Quiet

The home was fresh and clean and provided a great long weekend getaway for us. We loved the deck and the duck! My only suggestion is to make sure that there is extra toilet tissue, dishwashing detergent and a broom so that it can be easily swept.

Hidden gem!

Looking to get away and be isolated with nature this is your place. Owner very nice and place exceeded my expectations. They have pretty much everything you need to cook with plus soaps and shampoos in bathrooms. Wrap around Patio is to die for. Definitely on my list of favorites!!!
