This is a lovely place to stay. We were here as a family of 4 for a ski trip. The place was clean and as advertised and is a short walk from many shops and restaurants. The hosts were easy to contact and check-in was a breeze. We happened to be in town during a snow storm, and the driveway was shoveled for us (including shoveling out our tires which was much appreciated).

The space is beautifully designed with thoughtful touches throughout, making it both stylish and incredibly comfortable. You can tell the hosts put real care into every detail.The location couldnā€™t be better - we were perfectly positioned to explore everything Manchester has to offer while enjoying a peaceful retreat at the end of each day.What truly set this stay apart were the hosts themselves. They were not only accommodating and responsive, but genuinely delightful people. When an icy winter day hit during our visit, they even stopped by to salt the front walk and check on us to make sure we were safe and comfortable. That kind of thoughtfulness and personal care is rare and so appreciated.If youā€™re looking for a place that combines beautiful design, comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality, The Barn on Main is it. We canā€™t recommend it highly enough and would absolutely stay here again!

This place is our favorite in Manchester. Selfishly, I don't want anyone to know about it because we love it so much. Great location, relaxing environment (inside and outside), and of course great hosts. Melina and Mike are always so wonderful to respond quickly if we have any questions. Perfect Getaway

The location of the barn is absolutely perfect to be able to walk to shops, restaurants and the Riverwalk. Even though it is in the center of town, it is quiet and peaceful and the back yard overlooks lush greenery that feels secluded. Can't wait to come back again.

The Barn on Main was everything it was advertised. The house was impeccably clean, it was more spacious than the pictures make it appear, and the back patio made us feel like we were in the middle of nowhere while still being in the heart of town. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming barn! The decor was absolutely adorable and gave the space so much characterā€”it felt both cozy and stylish. The thoughtful details, like the toys for the kids and the fully stocked kitchen, made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful escape while still being conveniently close to everything we needed. Hidden Luxury in Town

This luxury property situated directly in town is a hidden gem. There are 3 levels of living so ideal if you need to have some privacy from the other guests in your house. The top floor has a beautiful master bedroom with sitting area and bathroom, stocked with epsom salt and a huge tub that you actually want to soak in because this entire property is meticulously clean. Second floor has another bathroom and shower along with a living room with a pull out couch that my 15 year old daughter said was more omfrtabe than her bed at home....bottom floor has a full kitchen and living area which is stocked with every pot and pan you will need, but isn't overcrowded. They even have olive oil and balsamic vinegar if you want to go next door to the Italian market to grab some fresh bread....There is a beautiful patio overlooking a nearby creek. Would absolutely stay here over and over again.

Modern and comfortable

The Barn on Main is conveniently located in the center of Manchester, next to several great restaurants and stores. Only 25 min to Stratton and 15 to Bromley. The house is darling, modern and well appointed with everything you need. Bed is super comfortable, family room cozy, kitchen had all tools you need. It also looks out onto a river and has a great back patio. Bonus: high speed EV charging across the street. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Lovely place in the heart of downtown

The Barn on Main is light and bright and very comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped - everything you need. It's right in downtown Manchester, but still very quiet, with a lovely view of the Battenkill from the rear windows and patio.
