Beautiful CLEAN Townhome in East Mesa - w/Community Heated Pool

This unit is a very spacious 3 bedroom / 2 bath townhome - on 1 level and no stairs! 1 king bedroom and 1 queen bedroom, and a 3rd small twin bedroom (no closet) located off of laundry room. It is truly great for families and couples in a safe and quiet neighborhood looking to escape to a warmer climate and experience what the desert has to offer. It has 2 separate bedroom and bathrooms - great for 2 couples and 1 additional person in the 3rd basic bedroom. It has a nice sized backyard, and a patio for BBQ's and relaxing in the evening. The home has lots of natural skylight lighting and this home is very spacious and comfortable. There is laundry inside - washer/dryer.

The HEATED community pool and hot tub are a short walk away. The unit is well equipped with all the essentials; linens, towels, pillows, kitchen dishes and utensils, coffee maker, toaster, ironing board/iron, microwave, dishwasher, oven/stove, refrigerator, etc. Satellite and internet provided.

This home is located near the Superstition Mountains and Red Mountain areas. Close to hiking and trails, golf, lakes, parks, shopping, freeways, and about 25 minutes from Sky harbor Airport and Gateway Airports. There is a multi-generational facility within walking distance as well. A large neighborhood park is just around the corner - less than 5 minutes away. Safeway grocery store and shopping center are walkable (about 10-15 min). The library is about a 5 minute drive.

The living room needs more lighting. Beds are very comfortable, clean and well stocked home. We felt that this was a safe area and there is a grocery store around the corner!

The kitchen is very well-equipped; rooms are spacious and clean; beds are very comfortable; and the property is conveniently located near shopping, playground, library, and more. Would have loved to stay longer!

Not disappointed at all

Everything was as listed great location. The pool might as well have been a private pool. No one there except us .it was perfect.. the Cuisinart toaster oven made perfectly golden toast... definitely would stay again

We stayed at Deanna's three bedroom in the same complex four years ago and her two bedroom this time around was just as beautiful. Quiet, clean, kitchen well stocked, beautiful patio to relax and grill, and the decor is so cool. Heated pool was very nice. Great location with a park and shopping only a couple minutes away. We hope to make it back next Spring and stay a few weeks.Thanks so much!

5 Stars all the way!

We loved staying at this property! My husband and I spent 2 weeks there in February. Coming from MN, we were looking for a place where we could sit in the sun and soak up the warmth. The patio was perfect for us. The open floorplan made it easy to entertain when we had friends and family come over to visit. The unit was located in a nice neighborhood, it was very clean and well decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. It exceeded our expectations.We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful getaway

Our family had an amazing stay in this home! It was clean and beautiful—a perfect home base for our winter getaway. The pool and hot tub were a very nice addition to our stay, as well as the park and hill right around the corner. We would definitely rent this place again!

Highly recommend

Super comfortable and clean home that is located in a quiet neighborhood while being close to the 202 and many stores and restaurants. Loved walking the 1.2 miles to Red Mountain Park and seeing the ducks and fisher people enjoying the park - round trip a perfect 1 hour jaunt. Highly recommend staying at this townhome.

Soccer Weekend

The property was fine and would have been just right for our needs. Unfortunately, the garbage can in the garage was overflowing and smelled like something died in the can. The smell permeated into the laundry area of the house making the small bedroom unusable to us. We tried but ended up sleeping two men in a queen bed which was not ideal. Simple solution was to move it outside but HOA restrictions wouldn't allow. Otherwise our stay was nice.

There was some confusion with our resevation and the unit was not ready when we arrived. Dianna made arrangements for us to stay at a local hotel until the unit was cleaned. When we arrived the next day, the cleaning person was still there so we had to wait another houe for her to finish. Once in the unit, there were a number of issues that prented themselves. 1. We were short 3 pillow cases for the bedrooms. 2. there was only 1 spare roll of toilet paper for both bathrooms. 3. We were unable to get the TV's in the bedrooms to connect so one the TV in the living room was usable. On the 1st morning, the Kurig coffee maker would not operate so we had to run to the nearest Starbucks to purchase the four cups of coffee needed for our group. Dianna was responsive to these issues and ordered pillow cases and a new coffee maker that were delivered by late afternoon. We never were able to get the bedroom TV's to operate properly. Directions should probably be provided for every TV in the unit. The tub in the guest bathroom had a substantial leak at the floor line which we had to towell up after each use. I reported this to Dianna and she was going to have it looked at after we checked out. One other issue that we had was very poor lighting in the bedrooms and living room. There was no good place to read in these areas. Additional lighting would be helpful for future renters. This is a very nice unit in a nice location and was clean once we finally checked in. Brad Z.

I rented the unit for 5 days. The townhouse was as advertised and the owner was easy to communicate with. The pool and hot tub were a nice addition given the mid October 100 degree weather.

Unexpected pleasure

To be honest, when we drove into the neighborhood we thought the home was going to be dated and old…. Upon opening the door we were very pleased to see a lovely, remodeled home with very modern amenities… The layout is great and the kitchen is fabulous… The home was extremely clean and the appliances looked new. We highly recommend this home for a great stay..!!!

Home Away From Home

This was a wonderful home in the perfect location. Highway access, local stores and food, everything you need within a few minute drive. The home is clean, spacious and comfortable. Deanna is a wonderful host and communication was a breeze. I initially stayed for 3 weeks and wound up staying 2 more! Definitely recommend, and if this particluar property isn't available, she has more. Just shoot her a message! -

Beautiful Condo!

My adult son has always wanted to visit Arizona, particularly Mesa, so we went for our very first mother/son vacation. The condo was awesome and fit our needs perfectly! It was very clean and located in a perfect area in a nice quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend renting this condo, and will do so again when we return someday.

Two weeks of Resort Living!

The rental was impeccably clean, newly remodeled, and completely furnished with all your needs! The back patio was relaxing and spacious. The reclining chairs/sofa in the living room made it so comfortable to watch movies. The kitchen was gorgeous with a large granite countertop for food prep and serving! The washer and dryer looked brand new and worked well! The beds very comfortable. Bathrooms lovely. Lots of closet and drawer space. The pool and hot tub were so clean and refreshing! We could live here year round. We loved the open concept and it made for a wonderful family reunion.
