Casa Pierpaola is a bright and cheerful independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps five people. From Casa Pierpaola you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Casa Pierpaola is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features two private terraces with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the seventeenth-century historic center of Praiano, a few meters (feet) from a restaurant and a grocery store. You will find a number of restaurants, shops at 700 meters (770 yards), the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Praiano line a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile) including 400 stairway steps (other beaches with less steps to climb are also available in the area).
Casa Pierpaola is located on the first floor. You will reach it from the street level going up a stairway which consists of approximately 25 steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Pierpaola. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, for a fee, in a garage. Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

To be paid at the property:final cleaning EUR 100.00.Available for a fee, if desired:parking, if reserved in advance EUR 20.00/day. Tourist tax, paid locally: From March 1 to November 3: EUR 4.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights. Guests aged under 10 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 250 (it is returned to you at check-out).
Terrace 1
The first terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the living room and from the bedrooms. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline.
Terrace 2
The second terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the corridor climbing 12 steps. It is equipped with chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.
Living Room
The living room is paved with lucid sky-blue majolica tiles. The furnishings are elegant and bright, and include a L-shaped sofa. There is an age-old fireplace, for decorative purposes only. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the first terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through two double-glazed French doors.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The kitchen has a double-glazed window with a view of the sea and of the coastline.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are elegant and bright. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the first terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include a sofa. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the first terrace through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a small high window.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is made of lucid majolica tiles and marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is tiled with lucid handmade majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
