Villa Ridente is a charming two-story independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps four people. From Villa Ridente you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi. Villa Ridente is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features wide private terraces with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Praiano, where you will find shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 200 meters (660 feet), the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Praiano line at 100 meters (330 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile) including 400 stairway steps. You will reach Villa Ridente from the street level going up a short public walkway that cuts through a courtyard and includes approximately 50 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Ridente. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge or for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved). The first terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is equipped with a wickerwork sofa, as well as with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi.

Bottom FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with majolica tiles with handmade decoration, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are comfortable, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include a sofa and an armchair. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window with a partial view of the sea. Here you will also find a safe.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The kitchen has two windows with a partial view of the sea.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The furnishings are elegant and bright, and include some antique pieces. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
Middle FloorLaundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the corridor. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. Top FloorTerrace 2
The second terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the third bedroom. It is equipped with a wickerwork sofa, as well as with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling is sloped and has an height of 2.60 meters (8.5 feet) at its highest point and of 1.50 meters (5 feet) at its lowest point. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the sea, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 2
