The home is lovely and has everything you would need

The home is lovely and has everything you would need. The pictures depict it correctly.....the rooms are even larger than I thought they would be. The view is gorgeous. The steps were a little challenging for us seniors but we did it and it was worth it. Thank you for the opportunity to stay here and get a good hint of how it would be to live in a "hill house".

Charming Home

The home is lovely and has everything you would need. The pictures depict it correctly.....the rooms are even larger than I thought they would be. The view is gorgeous. Very nice place to stay. Beautiful views. There are a lot of steps, but that comes with the area. Summer In Italy was great.

We loved our stay at Villa Ridente

We loved our stay at Villa Ridente. The main bedroom is very spacious and has air conditioning; as for the upstairs rooms the double has air conditioning and the twin has a fans. We were there in August though and there was not a problem. Praiano is the perfect spot to base yourself for the Amalfi Coast as it is quieter than most of the other towns but still easily accessible. The house is high above the village itself, however, there are local buses that stop just in the square not 20 meters from the steps to the house. There are about 50 steps to the house so if steps are an issue this is not for you. That being said it did not bother us at all as the views are just amazing. I could not stop taking photos of the same view!! Peppino [the caretaker] was great and even drove my sister to the hospital when she hurt her neck and translated for us. He was only ever a phone call away and that was very reassuring. Summer In Italy were fantastic to deal with and answered every question promptly and certainly were very helpful on the couple of times that we felt the need to contact. I would highly recommend. As this was my first trip back to Italy in a very long time I felt very reassured that everything would go well.

Perfect location

We absolutely loved our stay in this villa! The view was incredible and although it was high above the main village the local buses were easy to get and very regular. We had a little shop at the bottom of the stairs that catered for most supplies. So easy to access surrounding places like Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento and Capri. The managers Pepe was great and even drove my sister to the hospital when she injured herself. The only downside is the 60 stairs so if this is an issue for you , this part of the world may not be for you. bellissimo!!

We loved our stay

We loved our stay! Villa Ridente is lovely and has so much charm and character! It was clean and comfortable and taking the bus to different locations was easy! The view is beautiful!
