Villa Anacleta is a charming two-story villa located in the center of Sorrento. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Anacleta you will enjoy an enchanting view of the garden and, partially, of the sea. Villa Anacleta is 170 square meters (1830 square feet). It features two private terraces, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Sorrento, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will reach Villa Anacleta from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Anacleta. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a private parking lot. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. If necessary, you can park larger cars for a fee in a private parking lot (where a space can be reserved) or in a public parking lot (where a space can not be reserved). We recommend to bring a small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller).

Garden
The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch and by perfumed citrus trees. The garden is equipped with wickerwork sofas and armchairs, as well as with tables, chairs, four deck chairs, sun loungers, an hammock and an external shower. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with original handmade majolica tiles. The furnishings are elegant and refined, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include two sofas and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a double-glazed French door. The room has two double-glazed large panoramic windows with a view of the garden. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden with a view of the garden. The room also has a large panoramic window with a view of the garden.
Bathroom
The bathroom is made of lucid majolica tiles and marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
First FloorTerrace 1
The first terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables, chairs and an hammock. From the terrace you will have an enchanting view of the garden and, partially, of the sea.
Terrace 2
The second terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the terrace you will have a view of the greenery and of the other buildings.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building by way of an elevator. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the first terrace with a view of the garden and of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a safe, a mini refrigerator and a telephone. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid handmade majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
