Located in Massa Lubrense, Villa Capriana is a stunning historical villa that captures panoramic views of Capri Island, Ischia, Procida, and the Gulf of Naples which we rent from 2010 and all the guest left us with great memories and coimming oft many of them back.
This two-story villa exudes elegance, combining antique furnishings and refined architecture with vaulted ceilings and unique art pieces.
Surrounded by Mediterranean gardens filled with pine, olive, and oleander trees, Villa offers expansive outdoor spaces, enchanting terraces, and a serene swimming pool, making it a haven for those seeking luxury and tranquility on the Amalfi Coast.

Air condinioned Villa spans over two levels, each floor meticulously designed to blend historical charm with luxurious comfort.
Ground Floor
Elegant Living Area: Enter through the main entrance into a spacious living area adorned with Italian antiques and plush sofas, creating an inviting and unique ambiance.
Bedrooms: To the left, a double bedroom with vaulted ceilings, antique majolica floors, and an en-suite bathroom opens to a private terrace with sea views. To the right, a second double bedroom boasts classic décor, light-filled windows, and an en-suite bathroom, both bedrooms are connected.
First Floor
Classic-Style Living Area: Ascend the grand marble staircase to the first floor, where a classic living area with vaulted ceilings and collection pieces awaits.
Studio and Intimate Lounge: A cozy study and an intimate lounge area include a bathroom with a shower, service bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with terrace access.
Bedrooms and Dining Area:
The first floor offers two elegantly furnished double bedrooms and one double bedroom with twin beds, all featuring vaulted ceilings and fine decor. A spacious dining area with views over the Gulf of Naples opens onto a terrace, providing an idyllic spot for al fresco dining and gatherings.

Villa Capriana host a weddings and events and is perfectly suited to host a wedding or event for up to 40-50 guests.
Please be advised that there is an additional event fee of €3,000 for hosting an event of this size, which will be added to the total reservation cost.
