Villa Tecla A is a characteristic two-story independent house located on a hillside, facing the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Tecla A you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the coast, from Positano to the island of Capri. Villa Tecla A is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, two private terraces with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, approximately 200 meters (660 feet) from Nocelle, where you will find a grocery store. You will find a number of restaurants at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles), shops, the stop for the local bus at 100 meters (330 feet) and the closest beach at 5 km (roughly 3 miles). You will reach Villa Tecla A from the street level along a 50-meters (165-feet) walkway that includes approximately 80 stairway steps.
For a successful stay at Villa Tecla A we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

Villa Tecla is composed by two villas at a distance of 50 metres (164.04 feet) from each other, with a shared solarium.


The villas are nested into the luxuriant green of a steep hill overlooking the crystalline sea and Bay of Positano, at 420 metres (1,377.95 feet) altitude.


These lovely accommodations are part of Nocelle, a tiny hamlet practicable only on foot. Nocelle is on the "Walk of the Gods": amazing trekking route along the top of Lattari Mountains, where breathtaking views of the coast and sea mesmerise anyone.


To reach Villa Tecla B from Villa Tecla A you should go down to a private pedestrian path crossing the garden that includes about 100 steps.

Terrace
The terrace is on the top floor. It is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the coast, from Positano to the island of Capri. You will share the terrace with guests staying at another nearby villa.
 Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 7 meters (23 feet) long. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the coast, from Positano to the island of Capri. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Garden
The garden is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees. You will be able to reach it from the first terrace along an external stairway. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea.

The first terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a view of the sea and of the coast, from Positano to the island of Capri.
Living Room 1
The first living room is paved with handmade terracotta tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are elegant and bright, and include a sofa and two armchairs. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the second terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a double-glazed French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of Positano through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a small high window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is made of lucid majolica tiles and marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
Bottom LevelTerrace 2
The second terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is equipped with two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a view of the sea and of the coast, from Positano to the island of Capri.

You will be able to enter the second living room from the main entrance hall along an external stairway. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area.
