Casa Camomilla D is a characteristic and welcoming one-story independent house surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps seven people. From Casa Camomilla D you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Valdisieve (Sieve Valley). Casa Camomilla D is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio (fenced), a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from the center of Sieci, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will reach Casa Camomilla D from the parking area going up approximately three stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Camomilla D you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a reserved parking space. Please note that access to Casa Camomilla D is along a 800-meter (half-a-mile) unpaved road. Casa Camomilla D is one of the holiday homes available in a small complex (you can find these holiday homes on this website). The complex has been obtained from an age-old farm house made of stone which is located in the hills of the Chianti Fiorentino, the Northern part of the Chianti area. In the complex you will find six holiday houses, attached one to each other. Each house features a direct access from the garden, with a reserved patio or terrace. All around the complex, you will enjoy a 360 degree view of the green hills where you can discern ordered lines of vineyards, or large areas covered with olive groves and towering cypress trees.


At the property, you will be able to arrange dinners and cooking classes on request for extra fee, and you will also be able to book excursions, wine tours and other activities such as horseriding or lake sport fishing. The gardener lives on the premises.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 13 meters (42 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 2.40 meters (7.9 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Tuscan countryside and of the vineyards. You will share the pool with guests staying at 5 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September, until 8 pm.
Garden
The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by ancient olive trees and by tall cypresses. The garden is equipped with wood sofas, as well as with chairs and an hammock. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table and a football table. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Tuscan hills and of the vineyards. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally). You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex.  Patio
The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and two sun loungers.
Living Room
The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house. The furnishings include two armchairs and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is an age-old fireplace made of stone, for decorative purposes only. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a toaster. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has two windows with a view of the greenery and of the hills. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 - a pass-through room
Important notice: members of your party will need to walk through this bedroom to reach the second bedroom. The first bedroom is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). In this room you will find a CD player with FM radio. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio with a view of the hills through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the first bedroom. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room also has two small high windows, as well as a window with a view of the greenery and of the hills. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has two high windows. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
