The Farmhouse La Presura offers pretty and cozy apartments with fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, boiler, toaster), toilet with shower or bathtub, linen, tv, safe box.

Apartment 4+2 has 2 double bedrooms, 2 toilets, kitchen (it's possible to add 2 extra single beds). 60 sqm

Notre séjour à l’agriturismo La Presura

L’endroit était très bien, le personnel très courtois et aidant. La visite du vignoble et la dégustation valent vraiment la peine. Les coups d’œil sur la Toscane étaient fabuleux, et le coin piscine est vraiment beau!

Absolutely perfect!

We could not have asked for a better location for our five night stay in beautiful Tuscany. The lovely stone buildings, gorgeous outdoor pool, grounds and staff were all wonderful. We felt so welcome and relaxed in this little taste of heaven. Carlotta and Marguerita provided a lovely wine tour and tasting also.

Adult stay

The view of Tuscany from the balcony was beautiful. The host was great too! The beds were pretty uncomfortable. There are minimal restaurants near the house.

Very nice place

People were very welcoming and helpful, making sure you get all the information you need to enjoy your stay. The place was very well locatedbto visit different cities and enjoy the countryside, but don't forget that you definitely need a car. The place was clean, well maintained and the pool amazing. Highly recommend!

We are very happy with our stay!

This property was beautiful! The staff was super attentive and communicated well. It had everything we needed and more and was in a great location to make day trips to see most of the cities in Tuscany. I would definetly stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in tuscany! Also it had a nice parking area and easily accessible! Loved it

Beautiful location in Tuscany

Our host was so very accommodating. He gave us recommendations for restaurants in the area that had tremendous food and wine. I highly recommend this VRBO. The view from the porch was amazing!

Beautiful property

Checkin was smooth and host was responsive! We got everything we needed in our apartment. Beautiful property and ground with a nice pool to cool down with the heat! Trust me, you will look forward to the pool after a long day.

Im großen und ganzen ganz nett, schöner Pool. Nahe Lage an Florenz. Einzig die doch ziemlich befahrene Straße hat gestört, vor allem Nachts. Daher ein Stern Abzug.

Beautiful Tuscan Farm near Florence

The location is amazing with plenty of places to hike and play with younger kids, including a lake (spotting fish was a nice highlight). The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Tuscany retreat

Lovely Farm house, but on a busy road

The cons: We were 2 couples booked in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Our apartment was up a very steep flight of stairs. The living area was small, the second bedroom was up a dangerous spiral staircase and the baths were so small with low ceilings that neither men could use them as they are both 6 '1" ! The apartment was not what we thought we had reserved, unlike the photos presented on Vrbo and the La Presura website. We went to reception and shared our concerns. We were granted a room move for the next day to 2 adjoining suites in a flat above the reception area which were much more favorable to our needs. it was an inconvenience to pack and move the second morning by 10am. We intended to do laundry during our stay as it was listed as having a washer and dryer avaiable, but laundry is sent out for a fee of 10 euro per load. There were mosquitos in the rooms and we were kept awake with bites during the night. The rooms are showing wear and could use refreshing. The pros: The hosts and the lady in the office were very nice and helpful with our concerns. Our suites had kitchens which were a nice feature for morning coffee and keeping our market purchases of cheese, meats, wine, etc. The property was beautiful outside, we had a balcony with tables and chairs. it was in a good location for exploring the chianti region and for a visit to Florence. We had expectations of a lovely Farm house in the country but it was on a very busy main road which tainted the ambiance.

Close to all you need, but still nice and private

We loved this property! Carlotta was amazing from checking us in, answering all questions/requests...and the wine tour/tasting! She was a delight. The property has an amazing pool area, area to BBQ, beautiful views. The only downside was the bathrooms in our unit. They were a little....odd. Took a little creativity to shower, but nothing that ruined our stay in any way....just a heads up. Otherwise, we loved this property. Close to Greve and many wineries. Recommend this to couples or small groups.

Prescura apartments

We rented what we thought was a villa for 4/6 people on this shared complex. We were actually given two adjoining apartments which meant two separate and small kitchens and no lounge area. The pool etc was lovely as were the grounds of the farmhouse. The road is very busy and you definitely need a car to get to local facilities. Having said that the bus to Florence worked well. We enjoyed our stay but did feel the facilities weren’t quite as advertised.

Would definitely stay here again

Great property with beautiful views. Relaxing stay and close to lots of activities and other cities to visit. Convenient bus fare to Florence and markets/gas/restaurants close by! Rooms were great and even had ceiling fans (comfort sound from home) The pool area was very relaxing and we loved that they had a play area for our daughter.

Wonderful setting with fabulous pool and great location

We had a fabulous time in the apartment complex on such a beautiful setting. The pool was amazing and our girls aged 9 and 8 made lots of friends with the other European families who were staying. The apartment was Tuscan charm and the wine tasting was great fun. THe hosts were fabulous and contact was prompt in the run up to our stay. The apartment and the air con was great although the kitchens and bathrooms could do with an upgrade as they are a little tired. Would definitely recommend to others for a place for relaxation and to enjoy some family time. Car definitely needed though and good if you like fishing too.

Loved my stay a fantastic place to unwind and relax. Enjoyed the wine tour in the vicinity lovely to see how the wine is produced. Florence city a short bus ride away will I go back YES YES YES

Perfect serene place

We spent three nights at La Presura on our visit to this area. We chose to stay in a remote, quiet place to have a place to unwind after a busy day touring Florence. This place was beyond our expectations. Federico and the staff were very accommodating. There were restaurants close by and a nice market. The wine and olive oil made at this farm were amazing. The staff hosted a wine tasting for the guests and it was very nice. My favorite was the Chianti Classico Reserve.

Great Agriturismo!

Our family of four had a wonderful time at La Presura. The rooms were great and had everything we needed. The grounds were wonderful for our two children (7&9) to run around and explore. Pictures don’t do the farm justice, it was beautiful beyond belief! Its location was perfect for us to make it our base to explore the rest of Chianti and Tuscany for the week we stayed. Federico and Erica were beyond helpful and went out of their way to help us with whatever we needed. This agriturismo was fantastic and we would not hesitate to stay there again!

Wonderful place in the countryside

We wanted to get a feel for the real Tuscan country and this did not disappoint! All the accommodations were spacious, comfortable and supplied all the necessary. The grounds are beautiful and they are open for you use. The local villages were friendly and accommodating! Great place to visit.
