Villa Guerina is an elegant and welcoming two-story villa located right on the Como Lake. It sleeps 14 people. From Villa Guerina you will enjoy an enchanting view of the lake and of the mountains. Villa Guerina is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, direct access to the lake, a nice private terrace with a view of the lake, a private patio with a view of the lake, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Calozzo. You will find the closest restaurant at 500 meters (550 yards), a grocery store at 350 meters (380 yards), the stop for the ASF bus C10 Como - Menaggio - Colico line at 400 meters (1300 feet) and the beach at 20 meters (approximately 65 feet).
To make the most of your stay at Villa Guerina, we recommend having a car (or you may consider using private drivers). You will be able to park your car on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to four cars.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 8 meters (26 feet) long, 1.3 meters (4.3 feet) deep. It can be heated if requested (additional cost applies -- please enquire with our staff). The swimming pool can be covered by a telescopic pool enclosure. The area is equipped with a sun umbrella and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a splendid view of the lake and of the mountains. The pool is open all year round.
Patio
The patio is 130 square meters (1400 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables, chairs and two large sun umbrellas. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the lake and of the mountains.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with checkered brown and white tiles. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, featuring some antique pieces, and include three sofas and a desk. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels) and an Ethernet plug for broadband Internet connection (don't forget your cable!). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the swimming pool through four French doors. The room also has two windows with a view of the swimming pool.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The dining table can accommodate 14 guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the patio with a view of the lake and of the mountains through three French doors.
Game Room
You will be able to enter the game room from the dining room. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. From the game room you will be able to enter the patio with a view of the lake and of the mountains through two French doors.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the entrance hall. It is professional-grade, equipped with a eight-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, eight small refrigerators without freezer, a built-in freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. Here you will also find a washing machine and a clothes dryer. The kitchen has two windows which overlook the back of the house.

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. The half-bath has a window. You will be able to enter it from the main entrance hall.

This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed).
