Villa Begonia is a charming two-story apartment that is part of a villa located on top of a small hill. It sleeps 13 people. From Villa Begonia you will enjoy a splendid view of the Pesa Valley and of Montelupo Fiorentino. Villa Begonia is 210 square meters (2260 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a nice private terrace, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Montelupo Fiorentino, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find a grocery store at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile).
To stay at Villa Begonia you will need a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate.
Villa Begonia is tended by a caretaker, who resides in an apartment with separate entrance on the top floor.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 90 centimeters (2.9 feet) to 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. It is heated. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the valley and of Montelupo Fiorentino. The pool is open from mid-May until the end of September, from 10 am to 7 pm.
Patio
The patio is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic roof. It is equipped with a rocking chair and with a table, chairs and a swing. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will have a nice view of the Tuscan hills.
Garden
The garden is 3000 square meters (32300 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof and by fruit trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. In the garden you will find a fenced children's playground. From the garden you will enjoy a spectacular view of the Tuscan hills.
Ground FloorKitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. The furnishings are modern and comfortable. It is well equipped, with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate 14 guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The room has a window with a view of the greenery, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the kitchen. The furnishings are elegant. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include two armchairs. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room has a large panoramic window with a view of the greenery. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a high window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
