We arrived late Tuesday night at a very confusing building, we didn't know where to go in as the entrance was also an entrance to offices. We finally figured it out and found the place to be up 3 flights of narrow stairs, if I would've known it was upstairs, I wouldn't have booked in the first place. We open the door into a brisk 64-degree room. We immediately turn the thermostat on heat, while placing it back on the wall as it literally comes off, and we go to the very hard bed with only 2 small pillows and barely a blanket (there is only 1 decor pillow and a white blanket in the closet with black stains and streaks on it so that is all you get). We pull the sheets back and find strands of hair on them, great start. Wake up to a brisk 65 degrees meaning the heat never turned on. We found dog food in corners and only 3 towels, for 5 nights. The condo overall is older, musty, the loft we can’t use upstairs had an air mattress with blankets draped over like someone just left and just looked messy from below. Broken blinds, unclean carpet, we had no heat on night 1 or when we came back later that day. We called Vacasa twice about it and no one came to fix the emergency heat request, so we made the decision to leave and check in to a hotel on night 2. No one reached out until the next day at 11:57am. Adam said he cannot "recreate the issue", implying we were lying and says he won't give me refund. I wish I listened to the reviews I read as this turned into a nightmare.
