The location is right on South Mainstreet which is very convenient. It was surprisingly quiet at night and the cool June air made for good sleeping. Nice basic amenities in the condo.

Location was fantastic. Location allowed us to Walk to lift, in downtown Breckenridge. Dining choices were all within 3-4 blocks,& even across the street

Cozy & great location

Great communication with property manager. Cozy condo with everything we needed and loved being able to walk out to the downtown area with just a few steps. Loved our stay here and would stay definitely stay here again.

Great Location!

This is a wonderful condo and is so cozy! The location is amazing and makes it easy to walk to the slopes, shops, coffee and restaurants. We also used the sleds that were provided and walked to the sledding hill! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Clean, Comfortable and Cozy

Really enjoyed our stay. This cute condo had everything we needed. Great location, but also clean and comfortable. Big TV, lots of towels, a few seasonings to use (we added some for those who like spice:)). We would stay again.

Super great location in town and easy walk to Quick Silver chair.

Perfect for for our family with one bed to spare. Living room has super cozy big couch for relaxing and watching a movie. Everything walkable. Located in town and short walk to ski lift. We had a great time.

Bucket list trip

We had never been to Breckenridge before, and we’re coming for an event that they the city was hosting. I had never booked nor rented on this site before. Very very impressed! The location they described and the condo itself was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation will definitely be coming back.

This cute condo is in the perfect location. Easy access to everything we wanted to do. Parked our car when we arrived and didn’t use it again until we left. Easy walk to restaurants, shops and slopes.

Great stay just steps from shops and restaurants

We had a great two night stay at this property. It was just two of us and our dog, but we could have brought at least four more people and been super comfortable! The apartment was super quiet inside despite literally being right off Main Street. Though we didn't do much cooking, the kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to make a meal. This place had everything we could have needed, right down to a couple pairs of skis that are there for guests to use in the winter!

Birthday Weekend

Came up here with my wife and dog for a birthday weekend getaway. From the beginning, contact with the property manager/property owner was incredible. Their communications were very informative and ensured our entire weekend went near flawless. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy and quick. Their instructions for how we had to leave the property were also very simple and didn't take much time at all! We had no problems the entire weekend at the property, and had such a fun time being so close to pretty much everything! We would love to stay here again if we can.

Location, location, location

We really enjoyed being on Main Street and walking to where never we wanted to go. Communication was great and check in was easy. The place was clean and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed The bedding and pillows could use an upgrade. Also, there is a tv in the master it’s not a smart tv nor any service, only use is for the DVD player. The DVDs were hard to find and only 2 of them were movies. It should just mention that in the description. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

Wonderful convenient location

Our family came to hike in the fall colors and enjoy the town of Breckenridge. We do this almost yearly and this was one of the best places we have stayed. It is right off Main Street, so once we parked, we did not have to move the car until we wanted to go up in the mountains. There are lots of restaurants and shops along Main Street and its just nice to walk along the Blue River which runs through town. The downtown grocery store is 2 blocks away, Carter Park which has a dog park (we brought ours) is just a few blocks away. From Carter Park, there is trail that takes you up a hillside for a nice hike. Breck is very dog friendly, so there are a number of places where you can eat and have your dog (outside). Although there is just one bathroom, there is a separate sink outside of the bathroom, in addition to the one inside it that can help with getting ready in the morning. We had a great stay!

Exceptional location

I was initially a little bummed about this property. It's a bit older, not quite as nice as the photos suggested, and most certainly gets a lot of volume (of renters). But after spending 3 nights here the location definitely made up for any shortcomings of the property itself.This was my first time back to Breck in 20 years. I wanted to stay someplace that the non-skiers in the family would like just as much as the skiers. This place did the trick. The furthest walk we had was to the gondola, which is not that far of a walk (even for low-altitude dwellers such as myself). We had a great time enjoying the town without ever once using our car. The location of this condo truly can't be beat in Breck.The property manager here was excellent. We very much enjoyed the gas fireplace. One evening the pilot light went out and would not relight (for me, at least). They had someone stop by in under an hour to get it working again. Very impressive.The not so great - the condo is a bit worn, more so than the photos suggest. The floors in the kitchen definitely need a good cleaning. The hot water was frustrating. During showers it was a constant cycle of cold to warm to very warm, and repeat. I assume this is a building issue, nothing the owner can do. The freezer could use some ice cube trays. I felt a bit silly walking to the store to buy a bag of ice for drinks in December...in 5 degree weather.I'd stay here again. It was nearly perfect for our family of 5.

Couldn't ask for a better place for a ski weekend. You can walk to everything including the restaurants, shops, and the lifts! The condo was clean and 100% as advertised!
