All rates quoted are Double Occupancy. Additional guests are $10 per guest per night.

Cancellation Policy:
$100 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 45 days prior to arrival for low season, 60 days for high season. All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 45 days of scheduled arrival – 60 days for high season.

Check in time is 3 pm or later.
Check out is by 11 am.
A Late Check out might be available and includes additional fees, and it must be approved before a final payment is made. Please ask us about this.

Non Smoking condo includes Lanai.
Resort has two designated smoking locations.
