Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit for the same time period for the past four years, mostly due to its convenient location. The condition of the premises has not changed since and it is really in need of some repair and maintenance. There were some housekeeping issues during the stay but they were resolved in a timely way. We are planning to stay there again this coming winter.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent. When we had issues they were immediately responded to by the resort property management staff. Only one issue, a personal golf cart completely uses all of one garage which is NOT appropriate.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing family Thanksgiving with our daughter, her family, and our two mini dachshunds! The unit was the perfect size and location. It was in great condition, and had all the kitchen utensils we needed to prepare and serve our Thanksgiving dinner. Enjoyed all the amenities of La Quinta Resort, including the beautiful experience of the Christmas Tree Lighting and other festivities. It was magical! Looking forward to a return visit in the spring.
