We really appreciate your feedback and agree with you that Southern Breeze is an excellent location in Surfside Beach. However, we regret that you encountered a leak during your stay. Just like in your own home, vacation rental homes occasionally experience unexpected maintenance issues that must be addressed immediately for the proper upkeep of the property. Although the ceiling did not cave-in, an area approximately 2' x 3' had to be cut-out and replaced in order to detect and repair a leaking tub drain. This work was completely as quickly and efficiently as possible and you were updated throughout the process by our courteous and professional maintenance manager, Scott. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience, but as you know, this was an unavoidable situation and we are committed to taking the utmost care of the properties we manage for both our guests and homeowners alike, which can from time to time require repairs.
