Very spacious..Some 2 Bedroom Units have discounted package for golf(4 rounds $100 .addl rounds are $35 round) Sleeps 6 adults and 2 children..
Golf includes $35 Green fees and 1 Golf Cart per Unit.
2 discounted Spa Massages 2 for 1 Driving Range Priviledges and FREE Use of the Spa Facilities and Gym. For the Tennis Lovers there is FREE use of the Tennis Courts, but Nighttime Illuminatin is Extra. Also Free Internet in the room...
The Resort has too many amenities to mention them all. There are heated connecting swimming pools, kiddie pools, wave pool and a lazy river which is really fun for all. Tubes are provided free of charge. Several Restaurants are on site with many Theme Nights (Mexican Fiesta on the Beach is wonderful). There is a World Class Spa, Mini Market and Tennis Courts. On the beach are Palapas (shaded huts) provided for guests along with lounge chairs, again free of charge.
A Five minute cab ride away is the Paradise Plaza which has more than 50 shops and many Restaurants including McDonalds, Dominos and Subway.Twenty minutes by bus or cab is the famous Marina which features about 30 more Restaurants. Downtown is approximately a 30 minute drive, you can also get there by water taxi. Its a great walk in town along the beachfront, you will find a Flea Market, many night spots and Restaurants.
There are many Excursions you can book at the Concierge's desk including the popular ZIPLINE, snorkling and other tourist attractions.

We are planning on retiring in approx 3 yrs and until then we will rent our units, once we retire we plan on staying the winter in our units, so take advantage now while we are still working people..hah

We first fell in love with Puerta Vallarta in 1996 and quickly purchased the Mayan Palace..We have since upgraded and now have access to both the Grand Mayan and Grand Bliss...We love that its safe here and never have to worry about anything...We love the Mexican people and feel that they are the most honest hard working people around...They make every effort to accomodate you..
O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
The Grand Mayan has the Most gorgeous pools and slides in all of Puerta Vallarta...WE have 'our spot' right near the Pool Restaurant...My husband golfs and he loves that we get the discounted golf and cart with the unit....Regularly the golf runs about $150 per round, so thats a nice perk and we also like the convenience of the Internet in the room...who can live without these days.
