The Pacific exhales here. Salt air drifts in off Bahía de Banderas, waves find their rhythm below, and the coastline stretches out in both directions with unhurried ease. This beachfront condo in the Terra tower at Kite & Terra puts you right where the land meets the sea — a place to slow down, breathe deeper, and let Nuevo Nayarit do the rest.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The condo accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 5 beds, giving everyone room to settle in at their own pace. Room-darkening shades help you sleep in after late evenings, while hangers and clothing storage keep things tidy throughout your stay. Bed linens are provided, and the space is cleaned before your arrival so you can walk in and feel at home from the first moment.

 

Indoor comfort

Air conditioning keeps the interior cool even during the warmest part of the day, and a ceiling fan adds gentle circulation when you want it. Wifi and a dedicated workspace mean those who need to stay connected — or squeeze in a few hours of work — can do so without hassle. The stairs in the unit have a reduced inclination and size; guests with limited mobility, older adults, or young children may want to keep this in mind when planning their stay.

 

Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is equipped for real meal preparation — refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses are all on hand. Whether you are putting together a slow breakfast before heading down to the beach or winding down with a relaxed dinner, the space gives you everything you need to cook at your own pace. A dining table rounds out the setup for sit-down meals indoors.

 

Outdoor living

Step outside and the outdoor dining area becomes a natural gathering point — open air, warm evenings, and the sounds of the coast just below. Pool access adds another layer to your days, giving you somewhere to cool off and linger between stretches on the beach. The tropical climate here stays consistent throughout the year, so whether you visit in January or August, warm days and comfortable evenings are part of the experience.

 

Bathroom

Both bathrooms are stocked with hot water for comfortable showers after days in the sun and salt.

 

Location

Nuevo Nayarit sits along one of the most striking stretches of Pacific coastline in Mexico. With a humid-tropical climate and average temperatures around 28°C, it draws guests who come for the beaches, the calm of Bahía de Banderas, and a pace of life that rewards unhurried exploration. The condo's waterfront position and direct beach access mean the ocean is never more than a few steps away. A private entrance gives you the ease of coming and going on your own terms, and resort access means additional facilities are available nearby.

 

Parking and arrival

Free parking is available both in the on-site garage and on the street. Your host greets you upon arrival to walk you through the space and make sure you are oriented before your stay begins.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your charter and regulations. Upon your arrival, our staff will be pleased to welcome you at the reception for Check-In, available from 15:00 p.m. to 17:00 p.m. After this time, check-in is not allowed, so please take your precautions. If you need to check-in outside these hours, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with the assistance you need and coordinate your arrival. *Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be before 18:00 pm. Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to move around the area and go to restaurants, visit stores and other attractions.



For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



The resort is a 15 minute drive from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport.



Other Things to Note:

The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit. Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. Electricity consumption: Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed. IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
