Little Spring Getaway...

This trip was partially work but we wanted to include our teens because it was also Spring Break. SALT&SEA was a lovely oasis that made us all feel like we were on vacation the entire time. A well equipped kitchen, laundry and artistic details made our stay extra special. We can't wait to return!

Modern take on FL style home

Super location, convenient to water, restaurants and all things Palm Beach County. Great quiet location in residential neighborhood. Spotlessly clean, green and comfortable. Alexandra is a great host and always looking for ways she can make your stay even better. Highly recommend.

Short get away

If you want a premier host, cleanliness, open space, great pool, close to the beach, shopping, and eat out this is the place for you. For a 1st time user of VRBO we were lucky to get a great host in Alexandra who help us.. Thank you Alexandra, Carlos,Lillian & Lillian P.S. we’ll be back

Just as described! Perfect for us!

The house is just as shown in the pictures of the listing. This house is located in a very charming neighborhood and just a block away from a beautiful park that’s has a little beach, playground, basketball and beach volleyball, perfect for our kids. Even though we arrived in FL in the coldest days of the year and didn’t get to use the pool much, I must say the pool is very nice and very well taken care of. The terrace by the pool was my favorite place to hang out. The host Alessandra has been the best host I have ever dealt within all my years of doing short term rentals for my family vacation. The house has everything you need for your ideal beach vacation in Palm Beach!

Wonderful, worry-free vacation

I cannot say enough about how fantastic our stay was! Alexandra is far and away the best hostess that we have worked with. She went out of her way to make sure that we felt welcome and at home, including stocking the fridge with our three-year-old daughter’s favourite fruits. She was flexible and accommodating with our already set travel dates which was appreciated. She also made sure to suggest things to do in the area that were appropriate for our daughter, which was very helpful. The home itself is exactly as presented, and was immaculate on our arrival. It is warm, comfortable and serene and located in a family-friendly neighbourhood. The backyard oasis provided our family with hours of fun. Thank you, Alexandra, for welcoming us into your home! We could not have asked for a better experience. We will absolutely stay again the next time we are in the Palm Beach area.

Nice Neighborhood

First the great during weekend stay - Location, quiet, clean ('cept for bowls baking soda all over), pool & essentials on par w/sim. rentals. Host even permitted earlier check-in by few hour to our prior requests to meet concert schedule needs-HUGE relief not to get settled past midnight. However, not Sanctuary expected! Were orig. larger group but some relocated last minute due to concern w/restrictive instruction. Addt'l "guidelines" NOT clearly incl. in listing as req'd by VRBO nor was any xtra addendum executed. However, to gain access to rental w/non-refundable payments to send electronic photos of ALL parties gov't ID's. - clogged toilets will cause $100 fee? - pre & post condition videos inspection? - No shoes inside on terrazzo (slippery when wet) floors? Etc. Etc. In addition, unbeknownst "rules" & "reminders" sent after check-in: - refrain from getting sand in pool, house or appliances or $100 fee....in FL just one block from beach?? SO, we just didn't go to beach - keep covers on patio furniture due to humidity & white sofa to avoid $350 fee.. SO, didn’t use ANY covered item or sit anywhere WHITE EVERYTHING might get normal dirt. - If CO on weekend, take garbage with you.... where? in Uber? To airport? - Damage to towels $20/ea Etc. Etc. In fact, so concerned w/potential for addt'l charges didn't grill, cook, use TV's, or make coffee & took tons of own pre & post photos just to be safe. Thankful not longer stay! If Host so troubled or picky, why rent???

Excellent healthy stay

So thankful we found Alexandra’s property and were able to escape Hurricane Ian and spend the week here. It truly was a sanctuary for me, as I have extreme environmental sensitivities and am symptomatic to most indoor environments… but not here! Alexandra has gone above and beyond to ensure a healthy stay, she even ran out at 7pm before our late arrival to pick up my preferred laundry detergent and some extras. The house was impeccably clean and had no chemical/fragrant or other smells. The air felt fresh and I felt good. The beds were comfortable and the pool was so nice. My kids enjoyed the pool toys and also played with sidewalk chalk in the front, even making a friend in the neighborhood. The neighborhood and area was nice and safe with great restaurants, grocery, and the Lakeside park with playground nearby. Alexandra was in constant communication with me, she made it feel like staying at a friend or family’s home. I only wish we could stay longer and hope to go back!

Amazing place, wonderful pool, close to the beach!

Kitchen was well stocked with spices/oil ect wish we greatly appreciated. Nepresso machine was a definite plus! Kids loved the pool! Well stocked with towels and toiletries
