A Relaxing Oasis w/ private heated salt water pool! Close to the Intracoastal.


This 3 bedroom 2 Bath beach style home is perfect for a romantic getaway, family vacation, or time with friends in warm sunny Florida!
You can relax and enjoy your vacation just steps from the Intracoastal Waterway, a short bike ride to the beach and close to Clematis Street and City Place for shopping, dining and nightlife. Spacious Living/Dining area overlooks your private heated salt water pool. Backyard is quiet, relaxing & completely fenced in a beautiful tropical setting with outside grilling area, and outside shower.
Master bedroom features a King bed with private bath. Second Bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed with French doors to pool area.
All rooms are spacious and have flat screen Tvs, quality linens, and ceiling fans.
Main TV in living room is a smart TV for live streaming and only has basic cable. The bedrooms have limited channels and are not smart TV set up.
Updated and well stocked Kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances make it easy and pleasurable to cook at home and enjoy dinner poolside, in the private and quiet backyard.
We have several bikes for you to use and are just a quick ride to Northwood village, Downtown area, Clematis street and Green market on Saturday mornings all winter.
The Beautiful beaches of Florida are calling!

The house was great. Location was great. Our only issue was having to purchase everyday things such as kitchen sponges, dishwasher detergent and we only had one garbage bag.

Perfect vacation home for our family

House is clean, yard and pool are wonderful, neighborhood was great, and communication with the owner was wonderful. We stayed 1 week, and our family of 4 had the best vacation we've ever had mostly because the amazing house! The location is perfect, just a few minutes from Riviera Beach, lots of restaurants, shopping, and more. We highly recommend this rental!

We visited with family for 5 days, 2 adults and 3 teen girls. House had a great layout, comfortable furniture and beds, and a nice heated pool in a private backyard. Host was accommodating and helpful. Would recommend.

Great family home in a convenient location

Great home for a family. The home was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Lovely pool and outdoor patio area. We stayed for 2.5 weeks, and the owner was always accessible to answer questions and helpful. I would recommend this property to others looking to stay in a convenient location in West Palm Beach.

Nice house and location

We enjoyed the very big and warm pool (warm even when we got really cold weather the last days). The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. The neighborhoud felt safe and was good for walking. The owner answered all our questions fast.

Family vacation

We had a great stay. The house was as-advertised & provided plenty of space for all four of us. The kids loved the pool & spent many hours in it. The air temperature was cooler than average during our trip so the heated pool was delightful. The location was central to all we wanted to do while in West Palm Beach. Check-in process was smooth & Dayna was available & responsive to our questions throughout our stay.

Wonderful and relaxing!

This home is beautiful and so comfortable! The layout of the house is ideal for a few couples or a family of 6. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds were extremely comfortable and the best part is the outdoor space. The pool is magnificent and just the right temperature! We dined outside and spent a large part of our vacation relaxing by the pool. You won’t want to leave!

In town for a baseball tournament for our son at Fitteam park. Comfortable house for a family of five. The pool was great and the house was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Palm Beach and Juno Beach were a short drive away. Property owner was very nice and the communication was great. Would stay at this property again!

Location, layout, lounging!

This was our second time renting Dana’s house. The location is great, the layout of the house is perfect for us, and it is so well equipped. We enjoyed staying in and cooking some of our meals both inside and on the grill under the gazebo. And since spring training was cancelled we spent a lot of time in the heated pool - which was divine! We hope to be back next year!

Absolutely Wonderful!

The property was nice, clean and exactly as advertised. The area was very quiet and close to everything (We were in town for baseball and exactly where we needed to be in order to be close to all of the minor league ballparks.). We had a wonderful time and will definitely return on our next visit. We especially enjoyed the pool and backyard oasis in the evenings. The owner is also very accommodating and provides everything you need to enjoy the home. You will not regret booking this property.

Girls Weekend Getaway

This house was absolutely perfect for our friends’ 40th birthday trip! All weekend we said how great of a house it was. The interior setup was spacious and we never felt on top of one another, the backyard pool and floats were amazing, there were so many little touches the owner thought of: (throw blankets, an umbrella, bar cart, etc.) We were allowed to check in several hours early on our travel day, which was so nice to get in that extra pool time. We also accidentally locked ourselves out once and that was resolved really quickly. The house is a 10 minute uber ride to everything we wanted to do (the breakers, rooftop bars in west Palm, marina for a boat ride one day.) Overall just such a great place that I would highly recommend for a trip with friends or family!

Spring Training

Our group of three couples enjoyed our stay very much. Nicely located for spring training games in West Palm Beach and Jupiter. Go Cards! The lovely outdoor area in the back around the pool provided a great spot to relax and have our own happy hour. The dining area was perfect for dinners and breakfasts. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The owner was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Thanks for making our stay just perfect.

We purchased this home to have a little piece of paradise and I am happy to be able to share it with other people who like the weather and sunshine of Florida as well.
