Oceanfront 2 Bedroom Townhouse Summerhouse 303

Completely renovated in 2017 including: new porcelain wood flooring downstairs and bathrooms. Shiplap wall decor. Custom designed and built-in banquet dining area, seating for 8. Taj Mahal Quartzite counters and tiled backsplash. Stainless steel sink with disposal. Custom made Shaker style cabinets with under counter lighting, and wine-glass cabinet. Black Stainless steel kitchen appliances, door-water icemaker. Mahogany top movable kitchen island. Unique wood banister. Shaker style doors throughout. Custom modern roller shades. All bathrooms completely remodeled with pedestal sinks. Master bath shower fully tiled with built-in niche and European "all-glass" single sliding shower door with center mounted overhead rain shower head and pebble stone floor to complete beach feeling. Guest tub-shower fully tiled with built-in niche and frameless double slider doors. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

Two 55" flat screen full HD smart TV's with Blu-ray players and auxiliary cable access, one 32" flat screen and Blu-ray player cable access in guest bedroom. Wi-Fi compatible. King size bed in master, two twin beds in guest bedroom, sleeper sofa in living room. Carpeted floor upstairs. Ceiling fans throughout. Full-size washer/dryer, with 230 volt system for superior drying. All bathrooms re-wired to accomodate high watt hairdryers without interruption.

The property overall is well laid out. The property is located close enough to St. Augustine to enjoy the Ancient City but far enough south that the area is not overcrowded...which is exactly what we prefer. The location is also close enough for daytrips to the Space Coast, Daytona, and Orlando. We will definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Been coming to summerhouse for 40 years. Always enjoy it. Been staying in same unit for past 4 years that is awesome and owner is so nice. Family orientated, quite, well kept grounds. The pools have always been heated, however this year was an issue. Only swam 3 times as only one pool was heated and a large group that was together monopolized it. Put towels on chairs when not there, floats in pool, etc which is not allowed. Should monitor that. We have reservation for next year however there has been a HUGE increase in rent and I regret it could be our last year!8
