Beach is in walking distance all the restaurants ,mini Golf anything you wish for on your vacation its is right here !

Enjoy pool and ocean views from the living room, balcony and master bedroom. Living room, kitchen and half bath on entry level (2nd floor of the building) with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on second floor (3rd floor of building) with a king in the master bedroom and a queen in the second. The laundry area is located at master bedroom entry . There are TV's in both the master and guest bedroom. The condo sleeps a max. of 6 guests. King in master bedroom. The guest bedroom has 2 queen beds.

One set of stairs leads up to the entry of the townhouses and then there is one set of stairs leading from the 1st level of townhouse to the second. There is no elevator. You have access to the entire condo .Use of the pool area during posted hours & beach access.
The condo includes 2 parking spots (one assigned) and one guest spot only. Additional vehicles must park off site.

The property is strictly an animal-free zone due to severe allergies.

We came up to see the lights and this place was perfect for us! It is a beautiful place with great access to the beach for my morning walk and a short drive to get right into the heart of downtown.

Everything we wanted in the kitchen to use was there and easy to find. Beach supplies were greatly appreciated:beach towels, chairs etc. Pool is very well maintained. Washer/dryer combo was great! We you-tubed how to use. Only concern was master bath sink was a little slow.

Location and comfort

Pool was heated and lovely, easy walk out to the beach as well as nearby restaurants. Comfortable beds and living space. We were in town for a festival. 10 uber to the Amphitheater. Will definitely stay here again;)

Best Beach condo

This is the second time I have stayed here and it is great. The location is fantastic with many restaurants within walking distance. The beach improvements make it the perfect vacation rental. I plan to return in the future.

Sunrise beach stay

We enjoying the area of St Augustine. You can walk along the beach daily with easy access. State park an easy walk as well. Many resturants and shops in walking distance. To golf 30 to 60minutes drive to many different golf courses. The condo needs many updates in kitchen and bathrooms and better up keep. Quiet to sleep and friendly rsidents! Overall enjoyed our stay.updates courses

Cute and Comfy Beachfront Condo

This is a spacious and well appointed condo that I would definitely recommend. We have stayed in this condo group before and this unit is very well maintained, very clean, and we had excellent communication from the property owner.

Amazing Rental

Perfect location

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and organized the condo was. It had beach chairs, an umbrella, pool floats, even boards games and cards. It was a definite perk to have a half bath on the main floor and 2 full baths on the second floor. A/C worked well and the kitchen had most items I needed to cook. Just fyi, there is no air fryer or crock pot, which really wasnt a big deal. There was ample room for my family of four and we could have easily had two more guests. The beach is about a two minute walk which was perfect. Lots of local places to eat within a few block radius. We also did walmart delivery for our drinks and snacks and they had no issue finding us. Celia was a wonderful host and even checked in via text about mid week. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in this area.

Host is very responsive

We had an issue upon checkin and the host was very quick to respond with a reasonable and acceptable outcome. The condo is in a great location with several restaurants within walking distance. I really enjoyed spending lots of time on the balcony watching the beautiful ocean! We would stay here again.

Awesome beach location

Very well appointed condo that is well stocked with everything you might need. Its location to the beach is awesome. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance that made this place even better. We loved our 2 weeks here and hope to return next spring.

Great Condo on the beach!

This condo had everything we needed for a relaxing and nice stay in St. Augustine. The beach was a little smaller than what we are used to on the west coast of FL, but we had a wonderful trip. There are lots of places in walking distance and my kids loved the pool. Thank you!

Wonderful place

This duplex was great for our stay. Located near everything we needs, lots of restaurants within walking distance, we could overlook the pool to see our kids and listen to the ocean. The master bedroom is quite large, very nice to relax. The host was fabulous supplying us with chairs, towels and umbrella for the beach. She left us a snack basket and a bottle of wine. Will definitely stay here again.

Pool, Ocean, Beach Blvd ... how can you lose :o)

The location is perfect to sit back and relax at either the pool or beach. Can't lose at just about any of the restaurants, most within walking distance. The owners are TERRIFIC... Celia and her sister went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and comfortable … and, it all started with the goodie basket and wine they left for us. We'll be back :o)

Great location

How can you not love this location right on the ocean and close to many great restaurants. The beds, pillows and couches were very comfortable. This is number one with me. Also, there were lots of towels. Great communication with the owner. She responded very quickly to all questions and there was no issue with gaining entry into the condo.
