The Space:

LIVING AREA: Relax and unwind in the inviting living area, furnished with comfortable seating. Enjoy entertainment on the 32” flat-screen TV. A table for two is available for playing games or enjoying a quiet moment. KITCHEN & DINING: The well-equipped kitchen provides all the essentials for preparing meals. It includes a coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table, which seats four. BEDROOMS & BATHS: This single-story cottage comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The bedroom features a queen-size bed and a 32” flat-screen TV. A bonus sleeping space offers two twin-size beds, separated from the living area by a privacy curtain. The bathroom is stocked with complimentary toiletries and features a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREAS: Enjoy outdoor cooking with a choice of charcoal or gas grill in the fenced backyard. Dine alfresco on the patio, furnished with a table for four. Relax and soak up the sun on the deck. Across the road, a grassy area offers a picnic table under a tiki hut. Enjoy a bayside picnic or stroll along the pier leading to a private dock with four chairs.

The well-equipped kitchen is all yours for whipping up meals, and you can dine at the table for four. The bedroom with a queen bed and the bonus sleeping space with two twin beds are both private for your group. Outside, take advantage of the private backyard with a charcoal grill and patio set, perfect for outdoor dining. You'll also have access to the sunning deck and the private pier/dock (shared with the adjacent property) for fishing or relaxing. For those flying in, the closest airport is Corpus Christi International Airport (CRP), approximately a 45-minute drive away. While Rockport is best explored by car, downtown Rockport, with its shops and restaurants, is just a short walk or drive away. Enjoy the convenience of exploring the local area at your leisure.

Please note: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. We offer free parking for up to three cars on-site. Please be aware that this is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. For your convenience, we provide complimentary toiletries and linens. The private pier/dock is shared with the adjacent property.
