There are many things that make our condo in Rockport, Texas special. Best, it is a place for peace and quiet. We enjoy sharing the condo with guests - and are fortunate to have many return - who relax and appreciate a calm getaway. This peaceful place was featured in a 2015 episode of HGTV's Beachfront Bargain Hunt (Redemption in Rockport, Texas, season 8, episode 9). It is a well-decorated, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo up a flight of stairs (no elevator) on the second floor with a 40-foot balcony overlooking Aransas Bay. There is a swimming pool, and finding a fishing spot is as easy as walking across the street. The condo is fully stocked with just about everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. Thanks for taking an interest in the condo and showing respect to our neighbors by keeping it a quiet and relaxing spot during your stay. Sorry, we do not host loud gatherings. Tim was a great host, very responsive when the WiFi went out. (Turned out it was an area wide outage) The condo is very comfortable and the sunrise views are incredible. We were there about five weeks and it wasn’t enough.

Beautiful View

The view of Aransas Bay is beautiful. It faces East, so the deck is pleasant morning and afternoon. The deck chairs are very comfortable.

Great stay!

My family and I stayed here for a short Labor Day weekend getaway. The stay is as advertised on here and the views were great! It was perfect for my spouse, two kids (10 and 14), and my mother in law! Only small recommendation to the owner is to change out the mattress in the couch. It’s old and not the most comfortable but we made it work! Overall, it was a great stay and Tim was very nice and quickly responsive! Would love to stay here again next year!

Beautiful Vacay Stay

This was one of the most relaxing vacations ever! My family loved being so close to the pier and being able to just walk across street and within minutes be casting! The condo was just BEAUTIFUL and offered an amazing view! There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. Place was extremely clean and nicely decorated. Loved all the fine details! Reasonably priced was an added bonus! Located so close to everything we needed! Will definitely recommend and will also be back! Thank you Price Family!

Great Location

We did a girls trip and stayed for two nights. While it’s not super modern it is well appointed and the beds are comfortable. Each room has a bathroom connected which was nice. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook and clean up. The sunrise and sunset view from the balcony is gorgeous and we spotted Dolphins everyday! Overall wonderful stay!

Wonderful week at the beach

This was such an amazing property to stay at! The views of the bay from the balcony were stunning. Super clean, everything you need for a relaxing get away. The pool was perfect for our kiddos. The Rockport-Fulton beach area is so family friendly and fun. Rockport Beach is just a short drive from the condo. Lots of yummy restaurants nearby. Tim was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. Don’t miss out on booking this perfect condo for a coastal get away.

My experience was great. Love the location. The pier was really awesome for fishing. Place was clean and wonderful view. Property manager had great communication. Will be staying there again.

Wonderful view

The condo has the best view on the property. The weather was not the best, but because of the view we still were able to have a nice, relaxing vacation. The owner was extremely responsive and very hospitable. The condo had everything we needed and we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

We love traveling and seeing the world. For our weekend getaways when we're not taking off on the big jet plane, we head to the Texas Gulf Coast. We have a wonderful condo right along the water that we love to share!

We feel lucky to have found this condo. It gave us a thrill when we were invited to tell the story of how we fell in love with it on an episode of HGTV's Beachfront Bargain Hunt. Now that the cameras are gone, the thrill remains! It's our place to entertain friends and spend time with our grandchildren.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

When we leave our job in the big city, we try to leave the office in plenty of time to get on that 40-foot balcony for an evening of cool breezes and sharp refreshments. Throw in some fresh seafood from Alby's - they serve it from right off the boat - and our condo is tough to beat. Wake up the next morning to a quick cup of fresh coffee and one of the most brilliant sunrises you'll ever see!
