Located in the Gulf Gate area, this 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home + Heated Pool also includes a large fenced in back yard with lots of Lanai Space. Entire floor completely tiled with no carpets! With all these great amenities, picking a vacation renal is EASY! Siesta Key Beach Distance - 3.8 MI; 12 Min
***During colder weather we set our pools to 85 degrees from 8am to 8pm. It will take a few hours for the pool to heat up. We can't make it any hotter because the heater simply can't reach it due to the outside being so cold.

Prefect getaway!

Was a beautiful home in the prefect location. 15 minutes from all the amenities on Siesta Key and shops of Sarasota. Pool was prefect, bedroom was huge and comfy beds. Will stay here again!

Wonderful house

Beautiful house with absolutely everything you need to spend a few days with the family very close to the beach. The pool and BBQ area is very spacious and private, very enjoyable for the whole family.

Perfect Family Vacation

This was the best rental we could have chosen for our family vacation. It was centrally located to all the places we wanted to go (Siesta Key, Lido Beach, Venice Beach) and close to amenities like grocery stores and CVS. The pool was absolutely perfect for when we needed a break from being out but needed for our kids to be entertained. Definitely recommend and look forward to returning!

Great Place to Stay

The home was beautiful and spacious. Perfect for what we needed. The location is convenient to everything, including a 10 min drive to the beach. The pool was clean and we loved the atmosphere. Beds were comfy. We would definitely stay again (after Red Tide passes!)

Too short of a Vacation

We were very happy and pleased with our stay at Larisa’s house. It was very close to the shopping areas where we bought our groceries and needs for our stay. We really enjoyed the short drive to Siesta Key and their beaches. This was our first visit/trip to the gulf side of Florida and found it an outstanding place to stay. Unfortunately our stay was too short and wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks again for our gulf shore experience! The Stryker’s

Great home for our family of 5!

We had a great stay and the house was perfect for our family of five. We enjoyed the beach during the day and the pool in the evening. The home had all the beach items including chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, and a sea shell/shark tooth sifter that helped us find lots of treasures. the home was in a great neighborhood and we enjoyed a walk around the block each night. A neighbor even shared loquat fruit from the tree in his yard! Great memories were made here! Thank you!

Delightful home

The home is well designed for two with periodic guests in two additional bedrooms. The family room is of comfortable size, the kitchen appliances all worked well and there plenty of dishes and cooking implements. There a good sized pool which is heated and cleaned weekly. The yard both front and back are of sufficient size but could use some updating and beautification. The home’s location just off of Clark Rd. Is excellent and it is close to the south bridge leading to Siesta Key. It’s a middle class neighborhood and those we encountered were friendly to us and our dog.

Wonderful stay! Location, location, location!

Location is awesome! Quiet neighborhood close to Siesta Key and many restaurants/shopping, 20 minutes to pickleball courts , Legacy Trail nearby, lots of places to walk the dog. The house was spacious and clean with a few issues that the owner addressed promptly. The pool and lanai were great although the house did create a lot of shade in the pool and we would have liked more sun. The beds were pretty good and the water pressure was excellent. My husband commented that one of the toilets did not have a full flushing power but we lived with it. Our dog was able to roam the fenced in backyard securely but the grass was not all that great, we did not go out on the lawn at all but there was no need to with the great lanai area.

Great remodeled house near beaches and more

Near everything Sarasota has to offer. We hit the beaches on Siesta Key and Lido Key, drove down to the dog beach in Venice and watched the sun drop into the Gulf of Mexico on Turtle Beach. We toured Marie Selby Botanical Gardens and caught an Orioles pre season game at Ed Smith Park. The house is newly remodeled with 3 nice sized bedrooms and all tile floors. It was clean when we arrived. The pool is new and tops out at 5 feet. There is a handy outdoor shower. The kitchen is a bit small and could be better equipped for cooking. With all the great take out and dining options close by I am guessing most renters do not do much cooking. We ran out of propane for the gas grill but there was a full spare tank provided in the garage. A friendly neighbor helped out if we had any questions about the area. It was the perfect spot for us on our Spring Florida get away.

Great Location and Home

We highly recommend this home. The home was nice and great for us. We enjoyed the heated pool, the open concept kitchen, dining room and living room. The fully fenced back yard was good for our dog. Our only home negative was that we found the master bed mattress to be uncomfortable so we slept in a smaller bedroom bed. Tip: even though I brought a flash light, I ended up buying a solar motion detection light for the back yard and placed it on a corner table. The only light was over the table in the back lanai and it was dark to walk the dog at night. (I did not leave the solar light.) An issue in the back yard for us was the back neighbor's dogs always seemed to be out and would bark at my dog and even rush the privacy fence. My dog was often intimated and I felt uncomfortable being out there some times as I didn't want their barking to disturb our side neighbors. The location is terrific. Very close to beautiful Siesta Key & Beach, restaurants and retail stores. Turtle beach was very close and we hit multiple sunsets there. Highly recommend grocery store just across Clark called Detwiler's Farm Market. Awesome produce, meat, seafood and deli. Also recommend Walt's Seafood and Market which is 8 minutes away and right across the street from a Trader Joe's. Tip: Expect difficult parking at Walt's and a wait for a table in the winter high season. The home is also a short drive to Lido key and close to multiple dog friendly parks. Our favorite was Reg Bug Sough which is only a 5 minute drive away. Nice dog on leash park with manicured trails around grassy & wooded areas and a lake. We also enjoyed Urfer Family Park about 10 minutes away and Ken Thompson Park water front park and near Moto Aquarium. Of course, a bit further away there also is off leash Brohard Paw Park and Beach in Venice. Our dog loved it there. Many dogs/people on the beach on sunny warm days, but not so crowded on cooler winter days. Tip: A fun thing to do on a poor weather day was to go to the Siesta Key Distillery rum tasting and distillery tour. Larisa was responsive to our concerns and requests. Also, regarding other reviews that mentioned low water pressure at the home, this was fixed while we were there!

Absolutely perfect

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property. The design of the home/pool area is perfect for a family or a group of friends (good amount of space!). We didn’t have kids with us (it was a girls trip) but one of the Moms in the group said it would be great for kids because nothing was breakable. Everything about the home is really lovely and well designed/thought out, including the furniture. The biggest surprise was how comfortable the beds are with good pillows (the master had softer and more firm!). The other noticeable standout was how incredibly clean the house/pool area was when we checked in - their cleaning crew does a really, really good job. Other nice surprises included a fairly well-stocked pantry (salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc,), contact lens solution, ‘girl stuff’, and an extra gas tank for the grill. Everything was so great we didn’t need to communicate with the property manager at all. Overall, the house is a 10/10.

Loved the layout of the home and the spaciousness and openness. I brought extra toilet paper, trash bags, papertowels, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, not expecting any of that to be there to be enough there and there was, that was nice!

Overall great stay

Great location for families wanting to enjoy a swimming pool at home while still really close to the beach. Layout of the home was very nice and convenient for all. Owner responded very quickly with any question and very helpful.

Cleaning fee

Owner left rules in home to strip beds before check out. Felt that should have been covered in booking fees. Pool and pool area was dirty. Housekeeping staff didn’t do their job well. We Prefer not to do housework on vacation. Won’t be back. Pete

Lives up to expectations

We have stayed in many vrbos in around gulf gate and Siesta Key, and this is a top rental. It’s nicely renovated and furnished compared to others, and it’s very clean. My only complaint is the water pressure was a little lacking. Overall, we would stay here again

Great stay. Extended two more weeks and booked again for next year. Pool is great. Well maintained and clean. Larisa the owner is attentive and very responsive. Very comfortable house and great location to all shopping, downtown and Siesta Key beach
