Welcome to Emerald Towers West Condominiums. 3 bedroom / 3 bath condo with everything you need. INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY IS BEACH CHAIR AND UMBRELLA RENTAL! (March 1st- October 31st) We are located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Our condo is directly on the beach, unobstructed views, with nothing but the dunes between you and the beach. (5th floor) You couldn't get any closer! You can see all the way to the Okaloosa pier to the left, to the right you can see to the end of the Island. The Fall and Winter sunsets are absolutely gorgeous! You can actually watch the sunrise and set during the fall and winter from our balcony and master bedroom!!
It is a 3 bedroom 3 bath, 1500 square foot remodeled condo. Jan 2024, Brand new couches and den furniture. New ceiling fans in every room. The condo has been completely repainted for a fresh updated look! We have purchased new beds, linens, spreads, furniture, as well as new 40" smart tvs for the bedrooms, Smart 65" TV in den. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the necessities and appliances you will need to have a great trip! New, 2022, refrigerator with filtered in door ice and water. We even have a washer and dryer in the condo. The kitchen table seats 6 and there are also two bar stools.The new appliances and a huge granite bar make for an easy time to cook, hangout and have direct amazing views of the gulf. The den has a 65" smart television. The balcony is accessible from the den and master bedroom. We have taken every measure to have your stay like being at home.
There is an outdoor pool and bar be que grills with tables. (outdoor bathhouse next to pool). The short walkway over the dunes also includes a shower to rinse off.
We are about two miles to the Okaloosa Boardwalk, where you can shop, grab a bite to eat, and let the kids play on the beach playground. You can fish from the Okaloosa Pier or just go for a walk and see sea turtles, dolphin, or someone else's catch! The Gulfarium, a marine adventure park, is right there with dolphin and sea lion shows daily. The Fort Walton area has some great restaurants, shopping, and bars to walk around and hang out. You can always head to Destin, a 6 mile drive, where there is the Silver Sands outlet and Destin Commons Mall and Big Kahuna's Water Park. There is something for everyone!
We rent from Saturday to Saturday in the summer months and have a 2 night minimum other months indicated under rates. (Some exceptions apply to this rule) Reservations are not complete until I receive your signed rental contract and copy of your license within 24 hours of booking. Our process is extremely easy as I do contracts through electronic signature. There is absolutely no smoking or pets allowed. You must be 25 and up to rent from us.
