The Pinellas Trail is located across the street, great for walking, biking etc. Conveintely located a few miles to Main St. Downtown and waterfront park and marina. Close to bike rentals for the trail, tons of restaurants and shops, close to Honeymoon Island State Park and Caladesi Island.


The property is located 3 mi "Honeymoon Island Beach", 0 mi golf course "Dunedin Stirling Links", 3 mi city "Downtown Dunedin", 1 mi supermarket "Publix", 24 mi amusement park / theme park "Busch Gardens", 0 mi , 20 mi "Tampa International".


The accommodation is equipped with the following items: iron, internet, hair dryer, central heating, air-conditioned, open-air parking in the same building, Tv.

The open plan kitchen, electric, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and toaster.



Other things to note:

LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: Check-in time is 4PM and checkout time is 11AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who check-in early or checkout past checkout time will charged the additional fee of $50/hr.

There is a security camera facing the driveway that will be on during your stay. Any pets or extra guests seen on property is subject to a charge.

we have stayed here at Thanksgiving time in November still nice location parking is great only issue was the wash machine smelled horrible like wet clothes sat in it for a while stunk up the place for a bit had to clean it with vinegar to get rid of smell was fine after that probably needs a good clean with a washer cleaner and shower area and bathrooms are looking a little worn need a deep clean and some refresh

Spotlessly clean, nicely equipped, excellent location. HVAC system was efficient--which was much appreciated given the almost unbearably hot weather! Communication was good (particularly given that it is run by a management company).

Great!!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we are so glad we did! The top perk is LOCATION!! It's a perfect location for easy access to Honeymoon Island or Clearwater beach. The place was so cute and incredibly clean. My husband and I have already discussed our next vacation and coming back to this property. Definitely recommend staying here!

So convenient!

Visiting our daughter and her crew for Thanksgiving. They live a short half mile away so the location to her, the Causeway, Honeymoon Island, the Pinellas Trail, and just a quick drive to downtown Dunedin is perfect. Please fix or replace the exterior top half flight of wood stairs. The risers are each of differing heights and some treads are warped. This is really dangerous especially at night when the solar lights are insufficient to see clearly. Otherwise a perfect and comfortable stay!!

A very nice condo!

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful condo for 5 days. It is very well equipped and we had all we needed. The hosts are responsive and friendly. The place exactly matches the description. Very convenient location.

Great place and location!

We really enjoyed staying here! It is centrally located to all things Dunedin, Honeymoon island, Clearwater, etc. It has everything we needed and we enjoyed our time there. It was a nice place to wind down after long days in the beach, hiking, sight seeing, and shopping! We will definitely stay again!

Accommodations great.

Enjoyed our stay. Close to walking and hiking trails. Minutes from Honeymoon Island and Downtown Dunedin. Did notice for owner, only 2 spoons. One of tiles in Kitchen broken when we arrived. Just fyi, did not affect our trip.

Traffic and Dirty Balcony

Upon arrival we noticed our balcony floor was filthy. Also wondered why we were looking out to tennis courts when the picture online showed grassy field. Went to bed and the traffic noise kept up till 11and ceiling fan below us hummed all night and vibrated the floor. I called the Property Management and the manager was very snarky he said I had a lot of issues and would refund my money and we could find a new place however it was spring break and no place would be available. Not a good solution to the problem. Clean the porch floor and repair the ceiling fan were the solutions.The location had great access to the bike trail and Honeymoon Island I just wish we were placed in the unit away from the traffic and that the manager was more pleasant to work with.

Disappointed!

Disappointed in this property! Nowhere in the description did it say that access to the unit was by stairs. The stairs weren't up to code - some where higher than the others which caused imbalance when trying to lug our luggage. The unit is next to a very busy highway and constant road noise. The electrical wasn't up to code either. One of the bedrooms had a TV cord coming out of a hole in the wall by the floor and then plugged into a extension cord which was a trip hazard. The living room couch was not comfortable. It creaked and was sagging. When we arrived the rugs in both bathrooms were wet! The kitchen floor was very sticky. Oh! And the dryer sounded like it was going to blow up! Very loud banging especially as it got closer to the end of it's cycle. The shower head is terrible! I would recommend installing a more efficient shower head. I will say that the unit is tastefully decorated and open and airy. The beds are nice although quite firm. I understand it was during Spring Break but I honestly don't think it was worth the cost I paid.

Great Overall

Check-in and check-out process was easy and overall the place was clean. There were some spots from previous water damage that were patched up, and the decor/furniture was well taken care of. Management was attentive and quick to respond to calls and messages. Overall a great stay!

Home Away From Home

The property had everything we needed for an enjoying stay. There were beach chairs, beach towels and a well stocked kitchen. The owner was responsive and prompt. She quickly handled any issues that arose no matter how small. Check in was a breeze. Would definitely recommend.
