Inside, the studio features a king-size bed, dining table for two, and a new 55” television. The kitchenette includes a two-burner stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, sink, and coffee maker—perfect for light meals or relaxed mornings.

Your private deck overlooks the tranquil bamboo gardens and offers a peek-a-boo view of the water, creating a peaceful setting to unwind after a day of exploring. The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower and hairdryer.

Guests enjoy access to the waterfront swimming pool and the popular on-site restaurant, Marker 8, known for fresh seafood, craft cocktails, and spectacular sunsets. Marker 8 marks sunset each evening with a complimentary shot, adding a fun local touch to your stay.

Located near downtown Dunedin, this studio is close to boutique shopping, breweries, and outdoor adventures along the Pinellas Trail. Florida’s most loved beaches—Honeymoon Island, Caladesi Island, and Clearwater Beach—are just a short drive away.

Optional Resort Fee: $20/day + tax, payable on-site, includes laundry access, bike rentals, off-site gym pass, and coffee bar amenities.

I had a wonderful stay at Beso Del Sol. The resort and unit were filled with all the essentials needed for a trip which combined eating in and out, and lots of outdoors time! The hosts and on site staff were all wonderful - great communication, pleasant and helpful.

Excellent accommodations, close to parks, beaches, heated pool. Great staff. We have stayed at Beso Del Resorts one other time and will be returning again.

Great location!

The studio had everything we needed. We loved using the grill while we watched the stunning sunsets. We used the pool and hot tub often and we were 2 blocks from the Pinellas trail. We walked to Dunedin and biked the trail. Our host responded right away when needed.

Weekend Getaway

The best location in Dunedin. The room was perfect for me and my wife to come back to after spending the day visiting the beautiful beaches with friends. Perfect place to watch the sunset.

very nice, comfortable and clean

also, the pool and hot tub were clean. Great proximity to the Pinellis bike trail and downtown Dunedin. A bit of a walk from the elevator to the room , just sayin. I'd stay there again.

Lovely Long Weekend Lovely Sunsets

We loved this location. The tiki bar/restaurant so convenient and fun. We also enjoyed our balcony each morning. The bed and bedding were so comfortable and high quality. We will be back. Fell in love with Dunedin.

Love location. Have stayed here numerous times. Wish all rooms had a sofa/loveseat to watch tv at night. A mop would be nice too.

My son and I loved the pool, water front location and access to downtown from the pinellas bike trail right across the street. The amenities were exactly what we needed and the room was in order. Will definitely be back
