And with the NAU campus within a mile and a half, this is a great setting for parents' week or graduation! On gorgeous days, choose between 10 trailheads within a 15-minute drive or visit Lake Mary (11 miles) for some fishing or kayaking. In the winter, it's a quick 17-mile drive to Snowbowl for snowboarding and skiing. You'll also be a short drive from Fort Tuthill (five and a half miles), Walnut Canyon National Monument (13 miles), Sunset Crater (21 miles), Sedona (29 miles), and Wupatki National Monument (33 miles). If you're looking to take a day trip, you'll be only 89 miles from Grand Canyon National Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
