This is such a beautiful home from the crushed rock sidewalks, terraced landscape, herb garden for snipping, clear redwood wide-plank front porch with in-laid wood ceiling, wicker furniture with custom cushions, wired sound; to the backyard Trex deck for splinter-free little crawlers or bare feet with surround bench seating, umbrella table, gas BBQ and forest views. Inside, wood and slate floors, tree columns in the formal dining room with custom mesquite wood dining table that seats 12, mud room for unloading boots, skis, backpacks; gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances-gas range, double ovens, eat-in kitchen, breakfast bar. Kitchen Open to the 2-story wood beamed ceiling family room with rock fireplace and windows showcasing the greenery. 60' TV.

Downstairs, the Downstairs Master Suite (queen) is wheel chair accessible. The bedroom has cherrywood armoire with hidden TV. The Bath has wide entry, dual-sink vainity and large shower with built-in bench, hand sprayer, and frameless glass shower door. Shower/floors are slate and tile. Powder Room is finished in hand dyed wall paper. Convenient for the Office Bedroom. The Office Bedroom has two work stations. The queen murphy bed has feather bed pad and feather duvet with great views out to the trees. There's extra storage on the sides. Very cozy.

Upstairs, there is the Master Bedroom (king) & Master Bath, two bedrooms, East (queen) & West (Queen), Full Bath, Laundry Room and Play Room with queen couch sleeper. Master suite has armoire w/TV DVD player, slate & glass snail shower with dual showerheads, Roman tub with windows looking into the tree tops, dual-sink vanity, WC. Both bedrooms have cribs and changing stations. Also available are 2 sets of baby monitors, glider, 2 exersaucers, high chair, play toys for babies, as well as, older kids, kids books, puzzles (ages 3+), lots of games, play kitchen, TV.

The park is just a short walk way with a playground and grass field. Biking trails run t/o subdivision and tie into the Paseo/Urban trails of Flagstaff. They go every where if you like mountain biking.

Beware in the summer no A/C, sectional in living needs replacing, most people had a hard time getting out of it cuz it so wore out and low.Driveway was very steep, we had some older folks that needed help on it.Handicap shower was so slick i had to go buy mats before I let my elderly mother step in. Back door needs fixing. On the the up side the house was stocked with plenty of supplies.House was big and comfortable.

Great getaway for large families

Had a great experience for our annual family winter trip. 6 minutes away from the Flagstaff snow park and plenty of room to house our growing family. Can’t wait to come back next year! Highly recommend this house to anyone with a large family looking to get away. Kitchen has all you need and the 6 rooms are spacious

Wonderful house, perfect for families

We very much enjoyed our stay! We were a group ranging from 2 to 91 and everyone was very comfortable. The house accommodated a large family gathering. We are able to enjoy large meals around the large dining room table and gather in the living room watching movies. The kitchen was very well stocked and the owner was very kind and responsive. We hope to come back.

Very nice house and neighborhood, close to everything!

We stayed in this house with friends for a baseball tournament. It has a lot of room, a great kitchen and very nice back patio. The neighborhood was quiet and it had a nice park within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay very much, would rent again!

Beautiful home

We had a great time at this home. Location was perfect! Home is all that is shown and more. Very well stocked with spices and everything we needed for a great get away. Lots of great trails and parks walking distance from home. We will be back!

Siblings reunion

This house was perfect for our reunion of six siblings with spouses/partners. We each had our own room for sleeping. We spent a lot of time on the large deck with a great view. The dining room table easily accommodated our group. It was very relaxing for all of us!

Beautiful large and comfy home.

My son was getting married in Flagstaff and we needed a large house for family and some friends to stay. This house was perfect as there was enough room for everyone. Bedrooms are large along with a large kitchen and living area. House has everything that you would need. It has a beautiful dining room that seats 12. We hated leaving and enjoyed our stay.

Ladies Retreat

The property was roomy and very well equipped. Our group of ten women were very comfortable. The only downside was the steep driveway. Our hostess was easy to communicate with. Thank you Brigitte for sharing your beautiful home!

Family fun vacation

This was a once and a lifetime vacation for our family. There is so much to explore in the area that we didn’t take a day off. Great experience for all. We had more than enough room in this lovely house and the layout was great for our family of 8. The only thing that would have been even better was to have air conditioning to cool off the house for sleeping. It was a hotter than normal by the end of the week. Highly recommended.

tears of joy! we had a great time.

the only reason i rated good was. in listing it talks about playroom.it did indeed however example had a barbie house but no barbies! had coloring books but no crayons! when we got there the cleaning lady told us the microwave didn't work:(. which was okay because the kitchen ovens and burners were amazing! unbeleiveable kitchen. The kitchen small table and chairs 2 of the chairs we couldn't use as the legs were very woobly. when we went to watch a movie at night the internet was horrible. again these were material things that can be fixed. the beauty of the house the memories we made were beautiful. the host was great my daughter forgot somthing and she took the time to make sure it got back to her! i would recommend and will stay there again.

Comfortable and roomy for large parties

I would actually give the house 4.5 stars if able. We came for NAU graduation with a number of family members. The house is very large with roomy bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. We really loved the master bath. Great location close to campus with the ability to park in the garage, which was nice. Ample towels and bedding were provided. We found a few small items not in order (which is why I didn’t give a five rating) but contacted the owner who responded quickly and politely. Would definitely stay again if I had a large party and would highly recommend! Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful home!

Perfect house

We chose this property because the number of rooms, location, and how kid friendly it was. We arrived and unfortunately found that the property hadn’t been cleaned yet. We notified Bridgette, and she felt horrible and quickly got in contact with the cleaners who forgot to clean the property. They arrived within the hour and we left while they cleaned in about an hours time, and did a good job. After that the stay was seamless.

Adult Family Celebration

Plenty of room - very nice porch in the back - can see all the stars at night (through the trees) - large kitchen could handle the many cooks in the family. Especially nice for us was that there were 2 bedrooms on the main floor which helped out those who would have problems with stairs. Driveway was quite steep, and then a few steps to get in. But once in, everything that was needed was on that main floor for the people that had problems with stairs. The others had a whole lot of room upstairs! All in all - a really nice weekend with the adult family !!

Roomy and Modern Home-Centrally Located to Everything

Excellent extremely roomy property for our extended 3 families and our 3 grandkids, aged 3-7. Each of us had our own separate living areas to escape to each night, plus the kids had a terrific, fully stocked kids room with a ton of toys, games, stuffed animals, and other items that they were able to stay engaged with. The kitchen was fully stocked from the hardware to the spice racks and the Roku TVs had plenty of options on the Thanksgiving weekend to keep everyone entertained from holidays movies to sports. The home had recreational equipment available had it snowed, plus hills to keep the kids busy sledding and trails throughout the neighborhood to burn off those big meals we enjoyed. Overall, I would recommend this property to any family or families looking for a large roomy property with lots of options for the family of all ages.

Beautiful Home

This is a truly beautiful home, it and the amenities are exactly and described/pictured and even better. This is high-end top to bottom! We have no complaints about the home itself other than the main living area is small for such a large home. We weren't able to all be in the living room together to watch football. With that said, we won't stay here again. You are required to sign a lengthy, detailed 4-page "lease" when you book, in addition to the VRBO rental agreement. Just reading through it my initial thought was "wow, these people probably aren't cut out for renting their home on VRBO." We have rented over a dozen times in 6 different states over the years. I have never received such particular rules/restrictions. And, no - we are not careless renters and this is not our first high-end rental. We had a large group and I waited too long to find a property, so I signed the lease and booked it - then spent the entire weekend following my poor family around making sure no one broke any rules (all adults, FYI). And, in the end - it was reported that we left a door unlatched and we were charged a fee on our damage deposit. This is the first time I have lost money on a damage deposit with VRBO. As stated, the home is beautiful but I felt like we were under a microscope during our stay and I didn't find the weekend relaxing at all. We have rented several homes in Flagstaff and have always had great experiences with flexible owners. Next time I will book earlier!

Beautiful house, quiet neighborhood. Fully stocked with everything we needed. Garage was big enough to fit our Power Wagon. Beautiful backyard with no houses behind it. Nice walking trails to enjoy. Kitchen is AMAZING!! Would definitely stay here again

This home is a real gem!

Our family group of 6 stayed here to attend the high school graduation of a relative. It was a great property for us! The house had many supplies for our stay and the house was super clean. The beds were comfortable and all the rooms were generously sized. The kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need…and more. The neighborhood is quiet and right on a nice walking trail. The property owner was fantastic to work with. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again. It was truly one of the best VRBO properties that we’ve ever stayed at!

I am in real estate and love to get away from the hustle and bustle. Flagstaff is so perfect. Two hours away from Phoenix. There is hiking, biking, skiing, sledding, great weather to ride motorcycles. We found this great lot that offered a friendly neighborhood, scenic views, privacy and close proximity to everything. We designed and built this wonderful home in 2002.

We built this home with the intention of relocating to Flagstaff. I love this home and have spent lots of time there, but my kids are now teenagers and weekends look different. Being in Flagstaff less and less, I decided to share my home with you. Flagstaff is a wonderful place visit summer, fall, winter or spring. Enjoy!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Close to the Pullium airport. US Airways flys into and out of there. (You do not even know you are near the airport from our home--they fly in/out to the south.) Jogging/walking trails. Quiet and relaxing. This area of town has the most restaurants, stores, horse races, fairgrounds, NAU, close to entrance to 89A to Sedona and Fort Tuthill Country Park grounds.
