Sugarbush Getaway - On Mountain - Shuttle to Base!

Your perfect four season getaway awaits! Our comfortable, completely renovated condo is located in the Summit development, just minutes from the Lincoln Peak base of Sugarbush Resort. We’re on the shuttle route if you prefer not to drive and located at the end of the drive, offering privacy and beautiful, unobstructed mountain views to the east. Steps from Village Run if you'd like to ski home when Mother Nature blesses us with enough natural snow but also right down the road from Mt Ellen and Mad River Glen as well!

The home comfortably sleeps 9 with 2 full updated bathrooms. The first floor boasts a new mudroom entryway with a custom live edge maple bench and cubbies to store your gear and assist with getting ready, a full modern (and stocked) kitchen and dining area, laundry area with new washer/dryer, large bedroom (king bed) with a full bath. You'll stay perfectly comfortable in the summer with the brand new high efficiency air conditioning system.

The living room on the first floor is spacious and comfortable for the whole family to gather with an enormous picture window to admire the breathtaking mountain views. Above the new gas fireplace, we have a 65 inch smart TV with multiple included streaming options (Youtube TV for live TV, Disney+, Apple+, Hulu, HBO Max, etc) and plenty of board/card games to enjoy with family and friends to unwind after a fantastic day on the slopes. We also have high speed fiber optic internet with wifi to help you stay connected. There are a couple Google Home Hubs placed throughout the home to help with turning lights on and off and getting the latest weather updates.

Upstairs, there is a brand new family room with a 55" smart TV - perfect for sending the kids upstairs while you relax downstairs in front of the fire. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs as well. One queen room, one bunk room that sleeps 4 and one smaller bedroom with a full sized bed. There is also an additional full bathroom on the upper level with heated floors.

Don’t worry if skiing/snowboarding is not quite your thing...you can still be one with nature! We have miles of marked snowshoe trails to explore (one of which is literally right in the backyard). We have snowshoe trail maps available at the condo and the resort will rent you a pair if you need.

Come for the mountains, stay for the valley! Make sure to make time for some of Mad River Valley’s finest food and beer (no trip would be complete without a trip to the Lawson’s Finest Liquids taproom). A selection of our favorite restaurants include:

What to be aware of:

The property features 1 motion activated floodlight camera outside the front door entrance for additional lighting and property security. Video and audio is captured when there is motion. This does not capture any interior areas whatsoever.

This condo is located at the top of the Summit condos, meaning great views and incredible tranquility, but there are some steps to climb to access the unit.

Our dining table is expandable to 120" (leaves are contained in the table) so plenty of room for the whole family!
