Up-to-date, clean, fresh-smelling and warm home with amazing views of Kabekona Lake. Tons of room (3,200 square feet) for family events, week getaways, book clubs, scrapbooking, retreats and corporate events. Great fishing lake either by boat or off the dock. Bring your own boat, kayaks, life jackets and other lake toys for maximum recreation time or rent them when you arrive. State ATV trails all over the area that can start from the driveway. Two bedrooms upstairs with a large bonus room that is figured as a bedroom. One bedroom with a queen and two twin beds, the other with a queen, one twin bed and a child’s bed and the bonus room with two queen beds. One master bedroom on the main level with one queen bed and a large closet. Large bedrooms with plenty of space to enjoy down time. WIFI provided with flat screen smart TVs to access Netflix, Hulu, Sling, Amazon and other streaming services as well as Blue-ray/DVD players at each TV. Roomy areas in the house to set up a laptop comfortably. There are adult and kid DVDs, games and books provided for those cold rainy days spent inside. Kitchen is stocked with basics including silverware, plates, bowls, cups, pans, coffee mugs, wine and beer glasses, mixing bowls, toaster, coffee pot, Keurig single cup machine and Nespresso and milk frother. Good drinking water from the kitchen sink. Cook in or order out from the many great nearby restaurants. Full laundry. Fire pit is next to the beach with chairs onsite. Guests will need to get their own firewood.

Additional amenities include 3-stall garage to store your toys, driveway to store trailers, gas grill, patio furniture, fire pit, bath towels, beach towels, dish towels, paper towels, toilet paper, dish, dishwasher and hand soap, shampoo/body soap and light bulbs. Extra sheets, bedding and pillows will be provided. There are a lot of couches and comfortable furniture for reading, naps and relaxing.

Location, Views and Access! Quiet spot with easy access to paved county roads, state roads and state trails. Home is located in a quiet residential area and we ask guests to keep noise levels down after 10:00 pm. Property consists of 100 feet of lakeshore with neighbors directly on both sides. Not far from the town of Laporte, Walker or Bemidji. Championship Golf 10 minutes away at Longbow Golf Club and 15 minutes away at Tianna Country Club. A welcome book binder will be included that will bookmark local restaurants, shopping, attractions, entertainment and rental rules.

Bring a boat or rent a boat. We have many options to rent pontoons, boats, jet skis, kayaks, paddle boards and other water toys. There is a public access on the lake with a dock and clean boat launch. Bring your sports car or classic car and enjoy the new re-paved county and state roads just off the driveway.

Groceries, gas and restaurants are 5 minutes away in Laporte, 10 minutes away in Walker and 25 minutes away in Bemidji. Close to Leech Lake (5 minutes), Itasca State Park (30 minutes) and the Paul Bunyan State Trail (3 miles). Great hiking, walking, biking and ATV trails that is a great way to explore the area and see wildlife.
