Ski Home with Hot Tub and King Beds

Come stay at our getaway! Our property is located at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon (and about 8 minutes from BCC), which provides amazing mountain views and easy access to all that Salt Lake City has to offer. You can’t get any closer to the world-class skiing at Snowbird and Alta without staying at the ski resort itself. If that doesn't fit your needs, we're a short drive away from downtown SLC and some tasty eateries to get a feel for city life. Whether you’re here for the skiing, a conference or anything else, this home can accommodate your group, large or small.

Our home is equipped with four bedrooms. A master bedroom located upstairs with a king bed and fully attached bathroom to fit your needs. Two bedrooms on the main floor, one with a king bed and the other with a twin and bunk bed and a hallway bathroom in between the two. Last but not least, the basement bedroom has a king bed and an attached full bathroom. If that doesn't fit your needs, we also have two mattresses in the master closet which means our home can sleep up to 10 with beds.

In the basement you'll find a movie room set up with your own personal movie chair. Don't forget to treat yourself to some popcorn while enjoying your favorite film! Upstairs in the family room you'll be able to lounge on the large sectional with family and friends while you gather around the cozy fireplace to keep warm after a day in the snow. Our loft is full of endless games to make your stay that much more enjoyable.

The backyard has beautiful views of the Wasatch mountains, with a large hot tub to lounge in after a long day of adventures. The house is a twin home and shares a single side with a neighboring unit.

The host was very proactive in checking in and making sure we had what we needed. The home was clean and comfortable and worked well as a base camp for going out and enjoying activities in Salt Lake City. The hot tub was a nice bonus as well.

Great Location!

House was conveniently located to the ski resorts....we were able to reach Snowbird in 20 minutes. Plenty of space to stretch out and very clean. Hope to be back soon!

Excellent stay!

We had a wonderful time at this property - had two families (6 and 5) and there was more than enough space for all.Check in and check out were easy and the host was super responsive. We had an issue with the water heater and she responded immediately and had someone out to fix it within a few hours even on a holiday!Highly recommend

Great Ski Condo

Perfect location for accessing both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. Kitchen had enough equipment to cook with. Bedrooms were big enough and beds comfortable. Did not use hot tub. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable and Clean, Great Location!

This beautiful townhome was perfect for our 2-night stay to see a concert at USANA. The home was bigger than expected with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The beds were comfortable, and everything seemed clean. It was stocked with all the things we needed for a quick trip. We loved the yoga space, game space, movie room and hot tub! Easy parking, entry, easy check in and out. Close to many stores and would be awesome to come back to in the winter due to its location near the ski resorts. We would definitely book this home again.

Great skiing getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The beds were comfortable. The location was ideal for our ski trip to Alta. The hot tub was great for unwinding and soaking sore muscles after a day on the slopes. We will return again!

Comfortable, nice and lots of amenities. This place has nearly everything you could want. From a hot tub to a theater room to lots of space and even a really nice touch with lots of board games and card games. Clean, comfortable sectional and beds. This place is updated from top to bottom.

Another Great Stay Here

Enjoyed another great stay at this property. The location would be hard to beat for anyone that likes outdoor activities. The communication is outstanding - has always been that way with this property. And that is always a concern. But not here. The house as noted before sis more than I need as it could host a large group very comfortably. But I like have a work office for when I need to be on line which is on the top level outside the large master bedroom. And I like the daytime sunshine that you get with the mid level family room and flat screen. Then the kitchen level - which doesn’t they much use by me - also has two bedrooms. And finally my favorite area - the downstairs entertainment level. Theater style seating, surround sound and movie screen is awesome. What a great way to finish the day. There is also a bedroom in this area as well. Recommend for a lone traveler like me, who comes out on business travel for a day and stays two days for activities AND for large groups and families as you can spread out around this house and is perfect for visiting so may beautiful locations around the SLC area. Big thumbs up. Will always check here first for availability when I am required to come out for work - and will always stay a few days to have fun. There is lots to be had. Thank you for a great stay…again.

Comfortable property but everything not disclosed.

The property was very clean and easy to check in etc. Enough space for a family and well stocked with clean kitchen and bathrooms and good wifi. However, it was 100deg and higher weather during our stay and we were not informed till we got there that the thermostat was locked and could only go to a certain temperature or the ac would break apparently we were told. We had the keep the ac at the lowest possible setting so the main living area can stay just even a little cool which it barely did because the lowest setting was 70. The basement would get overly cool and obv too dark to hang out all day and too cold to sleep with baby at night because in order to cool the rest of the house- the basement would turn frigid. The master had a giant portable ac sticking out of the closet which was not specified in the listing but we did not end up using it anyway. The room we had to use so we were close to our babys room felt like there was no ac even at the lowest temp so had to put in 2 fans to stay cool. With a young infant- the temperature they sleep in is very important to avoid the risk of SIDS. Had to keep making adjustments because of the temperature rise in his room. So maybe during the winter none of this is an issue but it was for us so we ended up leaving early. The management was fairly responsive except when it was something like informing them something is broken. Which there were a few things broken in the house- nothing that bothered us though. The exterior really needs work. Lots of loose hanging wires and backyard just not very pleasurable to hang out in.

Very nice house

We enjoyed our stay at this house between the Cottonwoods. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean, and check in was easy. The theater room is a nice touch. If you prefer Snowbird over the Park City resorts, this is a great choice. It is however an easy drive to Park City if you decide to ski a day or two there. I highly recommend this property.

Great location and Comfortable Home - WillB

Visited SLC for work and decided to say an extra couple of days. This is prime location for visiting Snowbird and other relaxing and adventurous areas in the mountains. Having an empty garage like this home has would be amazing for winter ski trips to this area. Cars and skis alike have plenty of room. The house has several layers thus for a family or large gathering would be outstanding. The entertainment room was very cool and It felt like having a movie theatre to myself. The upstairs loft outside the large master bedroom was perfect for work calls. There is a jacuzzi out back that I would have used had it been a little cooler outside. Kitchen has everything you need with a dining area and tv as well. For winter visitors the laundry room would be a big plus like is made available. Great short stay. But could see staying here for a week or longer. Communications with property owner was prompt and very courteous and helpful. Continued to be in touch during stay as well. Easy entry and departure. When back will definitely look to stay at this property again. Thank you for hosting my stay. Will recommend to other work friends that may need to also visit SLC.
