A place that is great for everyone. 3 bedroom 2 bath that sleeps 9 comfortably. Life can be busy, but at the lake house everyone comes together. These are the memories that will last a lifetime, and the stories that will be told and laughed about for decades. Enjoy campfires, S'mores, fishing and swimming on the lake, game night, sun rises, and so much more. With access to 150 ft of water frontage, two boat ports, a pool, and a fire pit, the possibilities are endless.
Bring your boat and park it in the boat dock. Teach your kids to fish. Fishing is great all year around. Catch largemouth bass, catfish, crappie, or hybrid striped bass. The large dock is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine with someone special, while watching the blue herons catch fish, or the kids play on the paddle boards. The yard is large enough for Volleyball, badminton, or corn hole, with access to the pool during the summer months.

The house was in a great location and the pool was a great addition. The only problem we had with the house was the cleanliness. Other than that the place was nice and relaxing for a weekend.

Enjoyed our stay!

Cute house and we enjoyed fishing the most. The pool was nice but several of us had irritated skin due to the chemicals.

Great place

We had a great time while at this property. The owners checked in regularly to make sure we had what we needed and answered any questions we had quickly. The pool was perfect for the kids and my husband loved fishing on the dock. It was also really convenient that they had kayaks and pool toys for the guests use. Would definitely stay again!

Great Stay

The family and I had a great time! The house was cleaned, had everything we needed. We spent most our days outside fishing and enjoyed the fire pit. Also, the property manager was in constant communication, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely book again!

Great Pool With An Awesome View

Swim away the day while you gaze at the lake!!! Lake was way down so we could not figure out how to get down to water for lake water play like kayaks and such, but it was fine because the pool was clean and cool and had a great view.

Nice Getaway

We needed a quick getaway close to the DFW area. This was just what we needed. We spent most of our time in the pool enjoying the peace and quite. We did do some fishing, which was really easy. The fish were swimming right around the dock. The house was clean and comfortable and the property owners made us feel welcome. The s'mores kit was an extra special touch. We will be back!

State fair weekend

Family Staycation

We weren't able to travel this year for vacation due to work, new babies, kid's sports, etc. So, we opted for a "Staycation" this year. It was just what we needed. We will definitely do it again!

First Family Reunion

The property is as perfect for our family. We didnā€™t have to leave, we relaxed in the pool. We fished at night and made sā€™mores around the camp fire! It was so much fun that the kids are ready to do it all over again next summer!

Beautiful Pool Home on the Lake

Exceptional home that only has 1450 sq ft but felt so much larger! There was 7 of us and we never felt claustrophobic. Our grandkids loved the pool and fishing off the large dock. This home is perfectly located: close to restaurants and grocery stores. We cannot wait to return! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Lovely Lakefront Home

The Lakehouse is nicely done and a great property to get away to. With a pool, fire pit and kayaks, there is plenty to do for everyone or just sit back and enjoy the peace.

Relaxing

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Our boys wanted to stay longer. It was a great getaway from the daily hustle and bustle in the city of Houston. Even though we weren't able to get in the water due to temperature, our boys spent a lot of time outdoors: like flying our kites, making smores, playing games (they have plenty of board games there). The host have a binder with restaurant and activity suggestions. We were able to go to the Line Star marina. Great remodeled home and plenty of space for everyone! Thank you for allowing us to make great memories.

Great Escape and Exactly as Described

We were thankful to have such a lovely home to retreat to with. my sister and her family. There were four adults and three kiddos under the age of seven in our group. We had great access to the lake! Such beautiful sunrises and we had front row seats to a magical full moon! We enjoyed having the option of a pool. We were not able to use the pool due to the cooler weather, but the kids enjoyed casting their lines for practice. The home is exactly as described and the beds were very comfortable. A king is always preferred, but that is simply being picky. We enjoyed several pots of coffee (no single pods), the use of the kitchen appliances like pots, pans, oven-friendly dishes, and various eating and cooking utensils. We appreciated there were first aid kits, life jackets, laundry and dish detergent, pool and lake toys in the garage, extra blankets, sheets, a comfortable couch, patio furniture, picnic table outdoors, and other well-thought-out aspects of the home. This is a great place to stay with kids. We enjoyed nightly s'more family gatherings around the fire pit, kayaking with the kids, fishing, feeding the ducks, and simply hanging out inside and outside of the home. This is for sure a town where you're glad you have a great place to stay. We ordered out food a few times, visited a nearby brewery, and dined at a lakefront restaurant, and they were all ok. Simply put, we were glad we had a fun home to stay in and simply be and feel at home in. It was worth every penny for the memories we had there. Owners were responsive and check-in was easy. The home is secure and is a must visit.

Family friends getaway

The owner were very helpful and respectful. The pictures of this place online matched what I saw in person. We will definitely be back! We had two 2 year olds and two 4 year olds and they had a blast!

Wonderful Family Get Together

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful lake house! Our family enjoyed the big island kitchen, the large family size dining table, cozy living room and great back yard with beautiful view of the lake! We watched fabulous sunsets around the fire pit as we toasted marshmallows and made Sā€™mores! What a memorable experience this was!!
