Tucked away in a small country-like lake front neighborhood, you can explore the surrounding area while cruising on our kayak or SUP or fish from the private dock. Sip your morning coffee on our long back porch while enjoying a beautiful sunrise over the lake. Grill out on our patio while playing cornhole or Connect4 with the family. Later enjoy the evening breeze off the lake as you sit around the fire pit swapping stories and making memories.

Located minutes from Whatz-Up Fun Park, King's Creek Golf course, Cedar Creek Brewery, Underground MX, Causeway Marina, Triple N Ranch Winery (25 min), and Canton Trade Days (45 min). Go explore!

*For your protection and ours, please note that there are 2 security cameras present on the front of the property covering the front porch entry, carport and driveway. They are motion activated and not continuously recording.

This is a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom cottage + bunkhouse with full bathroom.

Inside the cottage, there is a bedroom and bathroom on each side of the house, separated by an open kitchen / living room / dining area. The bedroom on the left as you enter has a king bed and bathroom with shower. There is a W/D in attached closet. The bedroom on the right side of the house has Queen and Full beds, with another attached bath with tub/shower combo. Closet in this bathroom is locked for owner use only.

The bunkhouse has a Queen and a Full bed + bathroom with tub/shower combo. The bunkhouse has its own hot water heater and wall AC/heating unit.

The backyard has a concrete patio area with picnic table, firepit, Adirondack chairs, a gas grill and a charcoal grill. Firewood is provided. There are poles to which you can attach a volleyball/badminton net as well as plenty of space for a cornhole match!

Have an electric vehicle? We have Nema 14-50 plug available!

A kayak and paddleboard are available for guest use, however, please ensure you read house rules and below before booking.
The Jet Ski is not available for guest use.

Liability Waiver:
You understand that swimming and the use of the kayak and/or paddleboard and/or hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, kayaking and using the paddleboard and/or hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, kayaking and use of the paddleboard and/or hot tub and hold Sunrise Retreat LLC harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, kayaking and the use of paddleboard and/or hot tub may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, kayaking or using the paddleboard and/or hot tub if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, kayaks or uses the paddleboard and/or hot tub while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible and indemnify Sunrise Retreat LLC for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party, and you will indemnify Sunrise Retreat LLC from any damages or consequences resulting from your (or your party’s) swimming and/or use of the kayak and/or paddleboard and/or hot tub. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against Sunrise Retreat LLC for accidents or claims arising from swimming, kayaking or using the paddleboard and/or hot tub. By reserving this rental, you warrant on behalf of all guests in your party that you and all guests in your party acknowledge and agree that you and they have read and understand this waiver and you and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between you, your party, and Sunrise Retreat LLC.
