This beautiful, newly renovated Menorquin-style villa has everything you need for a wonderful, peaceful holiday within easy reach of the resort's facilities.
Located in the quiet residential area of San Jaime de San Bou, without any opposite and only 10 minutes walk from the famous beach of San Bou, one of the longest white sandy beaches of the island and 2 minutes drive from all amenities (restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, supermarkets, beach parking)

The ground floor has a double bedroom with sea view and built-in mosquito net window, a bathroom with shower. The sea view living room leads to the kitchen and a covered terrace with a dining area, ideal for enjoying the idyllic charm of the place and the calm.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a view of the sea and the swimming pool, and gives access to the dining room. Everything is provided for your comfort (dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine...)

On the first floor, there is a three-bedded room with mosquito net, a master suite with private bathroom and shower, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bath and washing machine.
The two double bedrooms have access to a terrace with spectacular panoramic views over the whole sea, the beach of San Bou, the protected wilderness area and in the distance the outline of the coast of Majorca, where you can even watch the sunset.
All rooms are fully equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans and large built-in wardrobes.

The exterior offers a beautiful and large private unoverlooked pool with generous terraces equipped with quality sun loungers, a barbecue area, large outdoor table, not forgetting the beautiful feature of this villa its outdoor bar area offering a breathtaking view of the pool and sea, ideal for spending unforgettable summer evenings with family and friends.

Great property!

My family stayed here in early June and had a great trip. The house is beautiful, has great landscaping, and a fabulous view. It was very clean and the host was accommodating and responsive. The host also gave us some great recommendations, such as a car rental company (Momple), which was super easy and affordable.

Fantastic Villa and Host

We had a wonderful stay here, everything you Will possibly need is there, the host was also amazing too and easy to contact with any questions we had before or throughout our stay! The views are gorgeous and the villa comfortably slept two families! The pool are is gorgeous. Would most definitely recommend ! Thank you for making my birthday so special!

Great villa

Great villa in a great location. Very compact but plenty of room for our party of 4 adults and 5 young children. Nice and clean and plenty of space outside as well. Only a few minutes down the hill to the shops and 10 minutes to the beach. Gérald was amazing on call whenever we needed. Highly recommend.

Excellent Villa

The villa lived up to its description on the website. It felt like a home rather than the standard holiday firm rental villas. The standard was far superior to what I have previously experienced in Menorca. The host Gerald responded immediately to any queries and was very helpful with our late arrival and late departure. Although the villa has other villas nearby, it was very private and quiet. The view of the sea from the upstairs bedroom balcony was wonderful. We didn't have a car and so walked to the restaurants and beach. Because the villa is slightly uphill, this proved tiring for my friend in the heat. It would be something to bear in mind if you have mobility issues and don't have a car. There is a lovely bakery/cafe not far from the villa. The beach is about a 15 minute walk but is worth it. The sea is crystal clear.

Pleasant Villa looking over the Mediterranean Sea

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay at this villa during the month of April. The villa was as described on the website and everything was well-organized and clean. The kitchen was equipped reasonably well and is quite modern. The heating/AC units in the bedrooms and living room were appreciated during the cool April evenings. There are several outdoor areas, one of which catches the sun from mid-morning to sunset, which was very pleasant during the cooler month of April. With the heating, we were able to comfortably use the pool most days. In the off-season, there is not a grocery open near by, the nearest is in Alayor, so a car is advised. It is possible to walk to Son Bou beach, about 20 min to the parking area at the east end, but the walk back is uphill. We found that the location was a good base for exploring the rest of the island, given we had a car. Finally, the owner is very responsive to any questions and easy to communicate with.

The location was perfect however property was very small and dirty.

We did not have a great stay at the villa which was mainly due to the villa being extremely dirty, including stained bed linen, when we arrived plus we had problems with the electricity which kept going off. We contacted the owner who resolved the electricity problem after 1 day however despite the housekeeping company returning the following day, they still did not clean it properly and we spent over 3 hours hosing down the outside area ourselves. The housekeeping company also organised car hire for us and we still have not received the 350 Euro deposit, despite contacting them on numerous occasions - that was 2 months ago. I do believe if the owner had a different housekeeping company it would have been a lot better. The owner was extremely disappointed that we had experienced these issues and tried to resolve them as best as he could. The villa is much smaller than it looks in the pictures however the location and views are beautiful.

We are really sad that you didn’t enjoy your stay. Regarding the cleaning issue, this has never happened before and we apologize again what happened. We sent other maids on the next day of your complain to clean as best as possible because you already take position with your cases etc. everywhere. I am just surprised that you mention that this cleaning was not good enough whereas per phone you told me all was fine after this clean… and you validate the cleaning with the company directly. Regardind the electricity issue, this was because you put all the electricity supplies to full power and this cut off the electricity. We sent you an electrician who explained you to avoid using all electricity equipments at the same time especially when you are not in the house or room… since this, the issue never happened anymore and to secure the high consommation we increase the power contract as well! Regarding the car company issue, they mentioned some damages on the car after your stay and as far I know (because I went for you after to company to help you) it seems you didn’t subscribe to an insurance which could cover all kind of issues. The car had some scratches/ damages and was not restitute as it was at its initial state. Unfortunately I cannot tell more as I do not know what is the contract you signed with the company and you got it back. I tried to help you at the best in this situation so that you can get back your money and you got some positive feedback from the company recently as far I know. Finally, although I am very sad with what happened with the cleaning as mentioned, we did our best to offer you the best service in a very short term so that the house is clean again and I am very surprised that you didn’t mentioned that we paid about 20% of your stay price back (much more that the partner would offer you) regarding the cleaning issue as kind of compensation…

Villa située proche de la plage de Son Bou (15min à pied), en hauteur avec une belle vue sur mer. Très pratique car proche aéroport, de différentes plages et autres points d'interets. L'hébergement est bien aménagé et il y a tout ce qu'il faut sur place. La piscine chauffée un gros gros plus à cette saison. Espace extérieur et les chambres très agréables. Les lits sont confortables mais légèrement mous à notre gout. Les échanges avec Gerald ont été très facile, arrivée et départ également. Il envoie un lien avec tout ce qu'il faut savoir, super pratique! Nous recommandons à 100% et espérons revenir bientôt à Minorque!

Très belle villa

Ein traumhafter Blick aufs Meer

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön mit ein paar kleinen Mängeln! Das untere Schlafzimmer war zu dieser Jahreszeit sehr feucht. Trotz Klimaanlage heizen lüften..... wurde es leider nicht besser. Einen Teil des Aussenbereichs konte nicht genutzt werden, weil es von Tauben zu gekotet war und wurde. Aber ansonsten ist die Lage und Umgebung perfekt!!!! Kurzer Weg zum Strand! Toller Bäcker und Supermarkt. Es fehlte uns an nichts!!! Was wir aber oft feststellen, dass der Weitwinkel die Räume groß erscheinen lässt. ;) Es war aber für uns 5 ausreichend. Das was am Ende zählt ist, dass wir erholt und wehmütig nach Hause geflogen sind.

Hallo. Es hat uns gefreut dass Sie eine gute Aufenthalt hatten. Wegen die Feuchtigkeit, kann man leider nichts mehr tun, da die Insel immer über 80% Feuchtigkeit das ganze Jahr hat. Wegen die Kleine Ecke die von Tauben verschmutzt ist, eine Verbesserung ist geplant für diesen Winter sodass sie sauber bleiben kann in der Zukunft.

Great villa for a week away

Lovely villa that is exactly as shown in the pictures. 4 large bedrooms and plenty of outside space meant that 5 adults could easily stay without getting in each others way. Well provisioned with plenty of towels etc and very well hosted. Would recommend if staying in Menorca

Belle maison avec superbe vue

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle maison. Les extérieurs sont grands, beaucoup de transats et la piscine était à température idéale et bien exposée. Elle offre aussi plusieurs salons extérieurs ombragés ou non. La maison est située dans un quartier calme, entourée d’autres maisons. La communication avec le concierge était trés efficace, nous avons eu un soucis de robinetterie et le problème a été résolu rapidement malgré les fêtes du 15 août. Le seul point négatif de cette maison est la cuisine un peu petite et le petit lave vaisselle pour un groupe de 5 personnes, mais on s’adapte en vacances :)

Wonderful stay in a beautiful villa

We had an excellent stay in Sant Jaume Mediterrani. The villa is beautiful and well maintained. The location is perfect, with easy access to stores, restaurants and businesses. And the longest beach in Menorca is within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would highly recommend this location to others.

Beautiful location with stunning views.

This property is spacious and well presented with stunning views and a gorgeous pool. Son Bou is a lovely resort and everything is just a short walk away. We were 6 adults and still felt we had space and privacy from each other.
