Cozy Respite with New Kitchen and Great Open View

This stunning, open-floor-plan ranch nestled in the rolling hills of beautiful So. Orange County is perfectly situated just minutes away from dining, shopping, the beach, and many other family friendly locales. The 5-Frwy is right down the street, offering easy access to wherever your heart desires in one of So Cal's premiere vacation destinations. Solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids will all feel at home here, and the amenities will not disappoint!

The space
The home itself has been extensively remodeled, featuring vaulted ceilings, a gourmet kitchen, and incredible views. This two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath gem is open and airy, yet cozy throughout. The front entry pours into a large living room with fireplace, featuring breathtaking, West-facing views of the foothills off the back of the house—and there’s no house behind it, which makes for amazing sunset views as you relax on the cozy furniture inside the light-drenched sunroom off the living room and kitchen, or outside on the back patio. Solid, faux-wood flooring throughout the house creates a clean and fresh ambience for indoor enjoyment, as does the fully-equipped kitchen, tastefully decorated bedrooms, and other upgrades. We have Roku for streaming on the TV and local TV through an antenna.

Guest access
The entire home is available to you including the garage where the washer and dryer are located. There is parking for several cars in the driveway, or in the garage. You need a permit for street parking during the weekdays, which is available upon request. You may use the yard and grill if you want.

Other things to note:
Please do not under any circumstances spray any synthetic chemical air fresheners or use glade plugins. We are very particular about that, and if these are used you will be charged an extra fee for eradicating this from the house. Essential oil sprays are ok to use, but that is all. Also no glitter, or glitter body sprays are allowed in the house.
Only guests who are booked will be allowed to stay, and absolutely NO smoking, parties, or excessive noise is allowed. This is a residential neighborhood, and we want to be respectful to the neighbors. Also if you are there from a Wednesday to a Thursday the trash cans need to be put out and taken back in. The gardener comes on Wed. just to let you know.
