Enter to a picture window with amazing views, large Livingroom with a mini bar and fireplace, and dinning area that shares the views. The full kitchen is a chiefs dream with coffee maker and Keurig. A laundry room is also on this level. The oversized deck provides a dining area, grill and additional sitting areas.
Up a few stairs to the master suite with a five piece bathroom, large sleeping area with a fireplace and more picture windows. The private deck is a perfect area to enjoy the amazing view. A few more steps up to a study/sitting area that overlooks the living room and more picture windows!
The lower level has two master bedroom's with access to the lower level deck. One has a queen bed and the other has a queen bed and two twins.
There is also a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping.
The basement features another kitchen, sitting area, bathroom and bedroom with a queen bed. It walks out to the back of the house and has it's own laundry area as well.
Pets can be approved for this property - It is up to the owner - $50 per day per pet with a 2 pet limit and the $49 for damage insurance is required.
