Great location to Main Street and hikes within walking distance. Very clean and stocked with everything we needed for the stay. Communication from the host was great as well up to, during and after the visit. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy Cottage Vibes and a Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our September stay at French Street Cottage was more than we could have asked for. It is in a very pretty neighborhood. The cottage was private, roomy, and comfy. Downstairs contained a bedroom, bathroom and the attached garage with a closet enclosing the washer and dryer. Upstairs had a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and common room, and a small balcony with a propane grill. The bedrooms were large and comfortable; the bathrooms were clean and very pretty, but I was a bit surprised that there were no grab bars in the tub or the shower, just for safety reasons. The property was clean, well-kept and within blocks of the shopping and dining on Main Street, and therefore we were able to walk to our destinations and not deal with the expense or hassle that parking in Breck has become since our last visit there. Breck is still awesome and beautiful, and kudos to the people working in the shops and eateries for always being so pleasant. I cannot recommend visiting Breck strongly enough. It's a beautiful town in a gorgeous setting at any time of the year. I also want to thank the River Ridge management for quickly responding to all questions or concerns that we had during our stay. I rate them at 5+ stars.

What a wonderful home!

We really enjoyed the house with our dogs. Very walkable to town and bus able to the gondola. Will definitely stay there again!

Great property, super close to everything

We loved our stay at the French Street Cottage. It was very convenient to everything, and it had all the amenities we needed. It was also nice to have parking for two cars. Great option for a family or small group!

Can walk to everything - restaurants, shopping and south gondola. Very clean and well taken care of. Property management was great to work with.

Cute little red cottage

Perfect for our family of four. Well laid out and well appointed kitchen. My only wish was for a hot tub and a clearer shortcut to the gondola. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay and always love Breckenridge. The living space is a little tight, but the kitchen is high-end and very functional. Having a garage is also a big plus. We would definitely return.

November 2020 Stay

The Cottage is just brilliant, perfect for our family of four and our pup. Close to town and the gondola but so private and away from everyone which was so important to us right now. The responsiveness of the River Ridge Rental team was amazing and we would for sure stay here again.

Ideal Breckenridge Cottage

We had a wonderful visit to this perfect little Breckenridge place. The home itself is as advertised. It is on the smaller side, but it has everything you need for a a stay and is modern and clean.The location couldn’t be better! It is a short walk to downtown and to the gondola where you’ll find amazing Restaurants, great shopping and epic skiing and boarding.River Village is responsive and helpful.Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
