The amazing flowers of the tropics greet you at this private home on the beach in picture-perfect Mahoe Bay. Your dream vacation begins before you arrive with the help of the friendly staff and personal concierge who will be more than happy to arrange transportation and special requests for chefs, water sports etc. Feel perfectly safe as you arrive to your oasis as new sanitation regulations have been implemented between visits from all guests. Refreshing drinks and a special welcome gift await you and your guests as you enter the main living quarters with views through to the pool, gardens and clear blue waters of the tranquil Caribbean Sea at the bay. Enjoy the west facing sunset views from the sandy beach, salt water pool or private balconies. Each spacious air-conditioned en-suite bedroom has an outdoor shower and private patio or balcony access. The main house has an en-suite king master that can access an adjoining en-suite room with 2 twin beds. This arrangement is perfect for young children to be close to their parents or simply lock the double doors and both rooms are completely private. This room can be converted to a king adult space also. A separate two story pod contains two more en-suite king bedrooms just steps away from the main living area. The villa kitchen and all bathrooms were tastefully renovated in 2014.
At that time we also added the exclusive upstairs ensuite Grand Master king bedroom with connected private living room available if you book more than 8 people or on request for a fee if you inquire at booking. (Booking 8 people assumes 4 couples and only 4 bedrooms needed, unless otherwise confirmed. You must make arrangements with us to have access to the entire villa.) Access to this secluded area is made from a private front stairway or the exquisite spiral stairs from the seaside. This suite includes a luxury bathroom with your choice of an indoor or outdoor shower, private balcony, and a secluded living/dining space including a kitchenette and half bath and further outdoor dining. This living room can be easily converted into the 6th bedroom with a queen sized sofa bed with a comfortable foam topper. Don't forget to enjoy the observation deck at the top of the spiral staircase.
Back to the main living area of the home, the gorgeous fully equipped kitchen allows for meals to be made by you or ask about having a local chef prepare a meal for your group. Dining in the main house can be enjoyed inside or outside on the covered patio by the pool. The villa is supplied with indoor games, movies, and TV and outdoor beach chairs and water floats and toys for the children. Enjoy free access to the tennis court next to the Villa, daily maid service and a washer and dryer for guests use.

Additional preventative measures have been put in place, including reinforcing our strict cleaning protocols.
Safety and Hygiene protocols
For the safety of our guests and employees, please review the following safety and hygiene protocols which have been designed to enhance your stay with us:

· Check in - Your personal Concierge will have made arrangements with you before you travel.

· During your stay guests will observe staff inclusive of housekeeping and maintenance going about their duties.

· Maid Service – Maid service is at your convenience, We prefer that you share with us the days you would like the villa serviced. In this way, you may schedule activities away from the villa or may utilize the pool area while villa is being serviced. You do have the option of complete privacy, if this is the case, please let us know and we will ensure that the villa is stocked with sufficient linens, toiletries and other supplies for the duration of your stay.
· Pool loungers and pool accessories – These items will be sanitized prior to guest arrival and will be sanitized during regular maid service.
·Beach chairs as well as snorkel gear and tennis racket and balls are available for guest use and will be sanitized.
