Beautiful Sunriver lodge-home steps away to the Deschutes River and on the bike bath. Easily accommodates 12+ with bedrooms on each level & an over-sized bonus room. Entertain in style w/ a designer kitchen, large dining room table warmed by the fire, vaulted living room & built-in bar nook with fireplaces throughout the house. There is a dedicated green space behind the property which connects you to the River. The Property is perfectly situated in Sunriver Community. This property comes with 10 SHARC badges and access to Sunrivers' North Pool.

-Main Floor Master Bedroom has king size bed, fire place and master bathroom suite.
-Second main bedroom has King size bed and full bath.
-Upstairs 3rd Bedroom has a family set up with 1 Queen and 1 twin bed with great windows.
-Upstairs office has 2 built-in working station and a pull out bed.
-Bunkroom is a kids paradise. The kids can romp and sleep in their own private room with bunks, tv, card table and more. A total of 7 can sleep in this room.
-Laundry is main level. (Some of these rooms have new furniture so please don't hesitate to reach out about current bed setup)
-10 SHARC badges

-Garage has ping pong table and, games, toys, fishing rods and more.
This home features activities for a large gathering or family event. Go rafting down the Deschutes, bike along our 40+ miles of paved bike trails or spend time at Sage Springs Spa. Whatever your flavor of recreation is, Sunriver Resort and Central Oregon is bound to offer a one-of-a kind Northwest vacation.

Winter trip

The house was wonderful for a group of 14. The first floor great room was perfect for hanging out cooking, playing games, and sitting in front of fire to ring in New Year.

A wonderful home to bring people together

This is the fourth time we have stayed at this wonderful home in Sunriver. This house brings together 3 generations of families and builds life-long memories. The house is equipped with all the amenities to have an active, fun, or leisurely vacation. We will definitely stay again. Thank you!

A GREAT House!

The location of the property is away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to be convenient. The home is appointed wonderfully for bigger family gatherings for indoors and outdoors. If the kitchen doesn't have it, you don't need it! A superb location for family reunions!

Excellent house for 3 families

Really well built house with quality furniture and appliances, you can tell the owner built it for themselves, not just as a rental property. Great for 3 families with six kids ages 2-11, tons of room in the bunk room. Perfect large closet in large master for 2yo that included a pack n play. The house is well stocked which saved us lots of money...everything in kitchen, adults and kids bikes, tricycles, cayaks etc. Great location near the river loop. Helpful and responsive house manager and owner. Will def rent again.

Annual Family Trip

We had such a wonderful time in this house. Our six granddaughters were thrilled with the big bunk room where they all got to sleep together and even had an evening of watching High School Musical on the large TV while they sat around making friendship bracelets. And not only was there a large barbecue but there was a Traeger which thrilled all the men. There are kayaks, and bikes in the garage that the girls really enjoyed. And we were only a short walk down to the river to watch the kids pass by as they floated the river. Perfect location! This beautiful home met all our needs and then some.

Wonderful!

Such a beautiful home, appointed with all the amenities and comforts you would expect. Very clean and quiet. Kitchen well, equipped, comfortable beds, and plenty of room for everyone. Owner even had a welcome bottle of wine and flowers. Would definitely stay here again!

A perfect family celebration spot!

This was the perfect home for our family birthday celebration. It comfortably slept 7 adults and 5 children. The home is beautiful and clean, and our hostess, Angela, responded quickly when needed and also checked with me to make sure the accommodations were as expected. We were within biking distance to all activities and were able to enjoy rafting, pool time, golf and kids play time at the Village. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect week and stay. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Cozy Winter Cabin

Wonderful large home, perfect for 2 families or one large family. Beautifully furnished and decorated with all the amenities you'll need....even provided provisions like spices, coffee, napkins, paper plates and other products etc. and every kitchen appliance and small electric you can think of. We stayed over Christmas and they provided a lighted Christmas tree and goodie basket. A very nice touch! Well thought out rental. Downstairs living/kitchen/dining/mudroom areas and primary ensuite king bedroom and 2nd king bedroom with a full bathroom just outside that room. Upstairs large multi-bunk room with TV, sectional sofa with lots of space to romp. That room does not have a door but is located down a long hall for privacy. 3rd bedroom with connecting full bath with queen and twice for flexible use. That bathroom has an entrance from the hallway as well. Bunk room occupants would share this bathroom as well. Great communication with owners regarding the rental, too. This house will not disappoint!

Wonderful home next to the river for a large family

This is the second time we are staying at this home in Sunriver. This house has all the space, entertainment, and necessities you need to relax and enjoy for a family of all ages. It is close to the river and a wonderful location.

Great Location for our family vacation!!!!

What a great place to celebrate our 50th anniversary with family starting with the surprise welcome package that was waiting for us when we arrived. The home was exactly as advertised. We were particularly impressed with how spotless and clean the home was. The Kitchen had everything you would ever want in a gourmet kitchen. We had 6 adults and 5 children staying in the house and it was perfectly set up so that the kids could all gather and play in one large room while the adults were able to enjoy themselves in the great room area. Finally, our contact for the VRBO Angela was extremely responsive to our questions and comments. This will always be our first option when we return to Sunriver!!!

Perfect house

This place was perfect for our whole family. It was beautiful and big enough for everyone. The kids loved the big playroom/kids room and the adults loved the kitchen and living area.

Beautiful and not far from the River

Very lovely, aesthetically pleasing, and well cared for home, with plenty of space and privacy for extended family with young kids. Nicely landscaped, with a green, grassy area in back for kids to play (a difficult feature to find in Sunriver), while adults lounged on the spacious patio. This was our family reunion gathering house, where we served dinner to all 25 of us — we rented three houses in all. Kitchen supplies, pots and pans, dishes, wine glasses, etc. were all in abundant supply and much appreciated. We did not use the bikes, but the SHARC passed were in use almost daily, and are essential —without them the SHARC is hugely expensive. Angela, the property manager, was actively communicative, understanding, and very helpful.

Great House, Responsive and Accommodating Owner

We had a wonderful stay. The house was as advertised, fully stocked, and in great condition. We had one issue where the gas fireplace wouldn’t start, and the owner personally came over that afternoon and fixed it. When it got extremely cold out, they checked in just to make sure everything was OK. They could not have been more accommodating. The Sunriver area is great, and it was nice to have access to the SHARC facilities as part of the rental. If you’re looking to go to Mt. Bachelor, it’s a convenient 30 minute drive to the mountain parking lot, without having to go through town. Could not have been more satisfied with our stay. A definite thumbs up!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at 2 Loon Lane. The house is beautiful and fit all of us - grandparents, children and granddchildren. The house is fully equipped for cooking and with recreational equipment and games.

Did not want to leave!

This rental felt like home. We were all very comfortable with the arrangement of the house and perfect location close to the river. We will definitely return for more relaxation and fun.

FABULOUS SUN RIVER EXPERIENCE!

I love it when something exceeds my expectations! My family from NC hadn't been with their cousins for 5 years and this home had it all- SHARC passes, bikes to ride, kayaks , even pickle ball The home is gorgeous and so well appointed, and working with the owner re where to float and the property manager made our week so memorable I highly recommend this home

We've been staying in Sunriver for over 25years and this house is absolutely beautiful.

Although We've been going to Sunriver for years this is our first time using VRBO. What a great experience! The house was perfect,...and that says a lot because I'm picky! The service was exceptional and I honestly felt that anything I needed would be taken care of. I love the warmth and welcoming feel of the house. The kitchen was stocked to the rim. The Master bedroom and bath were stunning. The kids bunk room was every kids dream and the open concept downstairs made visiting and making memories with our family perfect. Thank you so much for the stay,...we loved it!

Awesome house!

We had a great experience at 2 Loon Lane and highly recommend it for anyone considering a Sunriver getaway! The house is impeccably maintained and the owners have done a great job making it feel like the house is yours to use instead of just a rental. Tons of kitchen supplies, fun for the family - from bikes to board games - and on and on. We had everything we needed in a clean and well attended house. We’ll be back next time we go to Sunriver. Especially in a tough Covid environment, the house and communication was fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Exceptional Five Star

This home exceeded our expectations. We have vacationed many times in Sunriver and by chance found and booked this superior home for our August, 2020 stay. The home was very clean, organized, had modern amenities, and was well stocked. It fit all of our family's needs. Considering the ongoing concern with the pandemic, the owner as well as the property manager were very accommodating, flexible, and welcoming. For this, we were grateful. We don't normally write reviews, but this home deserves to be acknowledged. Looking forward to another visit.

Frequent Sunriver guest has first review that was NOT a 5 star stay

This is our 6th stay at various Sunriver properties – which all have been excellent - so we have a very good baseline to judge this stay. The property is in a desirable location and has a number of very nice features, however our family had a tough time getting past some basic issues: 1) cleanliness – the kitchen floor and oven were filthy (we had a water spill and wiped it up with a paper towel and the towel was dirty/grimy) so we had to clean both prior to use; 2) lack of towels – there were plenty of rags, but there were barely enough towels for family use – we ended up using our beach towels and had to buy dish/sink cleaners; 3) lack of paper products – bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, and napkins – the house was out of them after the first day (is this a COVID thing? if so, let us know); 4) unresponsive – we tried calling the referenced number/manager with questions on the second day. There was no answer so we left a voice mail – but no response by the 5th day.

Great for our family

We had an enjoyable time with our adult kids and grandkids. The house owner was very accommodating, including trying to navigate the Covid epidemic situations. We especially loved the kitchen set up. Thank you for having a part in our awesome time together and a life time of memories!

We are hopeful you will fall in love with this home like we did this past summer. We are a family from Boulder, Colorado, originally from Oregon, trying to get back to our roots.

The reason we choose this Property is it's location and luxury finishes. We have 3 kids and wanted easy access to the River and the bike paths but didn't wanted to compromise privacy. There is a designated Green Space behind the Property that allows you to walk out the back door directly to the Deschutes. While you are steps away from the paths and the walking bridge over the River, it feels private and serene.

The Property has beautiful finishes and feels like a lodge in the Mountains. The Master bedroom is divine with a fireplace and a master bathroom suite. I love the openness of the kitchen overlooking the dining and living. My kids love the bunk room. It's amazing!
