Great Vacation Home for the Whole Family!!!

Beautiful, well-appointed, 2700 sq. ft. home in a quiet location at the north end of Sunriver. The house is mostly one-level living with no sunken or elevated rooms on the main floor. The master bedroom is located on the main floor as well as a second bedroom. There are a number of windows that allow visibility outdoors for even your toddlers--fingerprints welcome! The back of the house looks out on a common, undeveloped area that attracts wild life and provides a feeling of privacy even with other homes around.

Our house sleeps 8 to 10 people and is a great place for family gatherings. The large kitchen provides plenty of space to cook together plus the dining room table seats 8 to 10 people comfortably. The ample deck has a built-in bench plus deck furniture providing the outdoor comfort needed to relax with a book or visit with friends. Three of the 4 bedrooms have cable TV and the fourth bedroom has a TV with a video player. Two of the bedrooms have king beds, one has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds.

We have a number of bicycles available. During the summer months, when the pools are open, we provide swim passes. There is also a ping pong table in the garage. There is a private hot tub on the deck and beach towels are provided for both hot tubbing and the pool. For your convenience we also provide the necessary paper products and laundry detergent. Our goal is to make your stay comfortable and easy so you can focus on creating special memories with your family and friends.

Great Family house

Sunriver never disappoints, and this house had all the amenities for a great trip. Wonderfully spacious, hit tub, ping pong and an ample supply of bikes. Would definitely stay again!

What a fantastic home in Sunriver. Just perfect in every way! Lovely quiet neighborhood, stunning home, tastefully decorated, newly updated kitchen completely outfitted for gourmet cooking, spacious deck, large covered hot tub, glimpses of deer and raccoon families visiting! It was absolutely ideal for our family reunion gathering. This will be our go-to house in Sunriver for future stays!

The property has it all...including a wonderful spacious kitchen with all the utensils and cookware you could ever need! Kathy was responsive to questions and helpful with any small issues. We were 2 families, including 5 kids (ages 4 to 13). We had plenty of space and enjoyed our stay!

Comfy and Clean

Our family enjoyed this lovely house. It was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with dishware, cookware and cooking tools. We had a need with the BBQ and our host, Kathy Querin, was very attentive to correcting the issue promptly. We would love to enjoy this home again.

Check-in was easy. We got the code to the house and got into the place right on time. The kitchen was newly renovated and was a dream kitchen. They had a lot of pots/pans, dishes, tupperware for storing leftovers. They used Costco paper towels which are fantastic and had plenty of supplies available if needed. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Spacious well stocked kitchen with large dining area

This house was excellent. Loved the main floorplan with very few steps to access entry. We had 8 adults, 2 infants and a teenager stay at this home and it was very comfortable. We vacationed with another family that we would bike back and forth to the homes and had evening dinners and played games and there was plenty of space. Loved having the extra refrigerator in the garage.

Excellent Ski Weekend

The house was great, clean, very spacious, nice new kitchen, and comfy beds. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils as we like to cook in after a day of skiing. The hot tub was also great, and very easily accessible from the master bedroom. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Family time in the sun

The home was well stocked with everything for our teen and adult children with their family. It was close to towns with so many fun activities. There were plenty of bikes, pool table, hot tub and games for us indoors. It was our first time to Sunriver and felt that we had the best experience.

Lovely home

We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and the owner left us a card, champagne and chocolate. That was very special and much appreciated. The home is beautiful and very well stocked. I instantly got on the calendar to see if we could book it again for Christmas. It was booked but we will definitely stay there again.

Sunriver Family Vacation

The house was very comfortable and accomodating. Most of us rode the bikes provided and took long walks on the bike path close by. We, also, loved sitting outside and looking at the piney woods and the deer walking by. The house was super clean and had everything available for cooking and other activities. All 7 of us loved this house and will definitely be back!! Karen

Beautiful and Comfortable

We were impressed by the cleanliness, comfort and beauty of this home. It was extremely organized and we had everything we needed. The layout of the house with two bedrooms up and two down worked out great to let everyone have their own space. The street was very peaceful and we enjoyed watching the deer and birds from the back deck. The quality of everything and attention to detail took this vacation home to the next level. We are grateful for the opportunity to stay in this lovely home.

Great home for family vacation!

This house was amazing for our group of 7 adults and one toddler. It is clean, spacious, and has a fully equipped kitchen (with spices!) and plenty of bikes and pool passes for everyone. We enjoyed cooking at home, biking on the paths, playing ping pong, and hanging on the deck. The only thing to plan for is getting the recycling to the center before departure. We were fortunate to have had a mini van in our group to take the large containers for sorting. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house - simple, clean, good kitchen and laundry room.

The floor plan was great for our age group - 9 months to 65. We enjoyed the bikes, ping pong table, hot tub and SHARC passes. We were glad we brought a bike trailer for the young ones and port-a-crib for the baby. At first we thought the house was too far from the village, river and SHARC BUT we found it nice to be away from the crowds and bugs. Thanks for sharing your home.

We love central Oregon, and in particular, Sunriver, as it offers a wide variety of activities that appeal to our children and grandchildren. Having a home away from home we can enjoy with our family became more of a priority once our children became adults, moved away from home, married and had children of their own. Sunriver seemed like the perfect getaway, our way of bribing them to spend time with us!

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

When we first arrive in Sunriver, we inhale deeply and take in the fresh air and the scent of pine, we stop and listen to the absolute quiet, or the gentle whisper of the wind in the trees. On sunny days we look up at the crystal clear blue sky and the contrasting deep green of the trees. We watch the critters scurrying around the back and the bluejays fighting over which one has first dibs on the peanuts. The first snowfall has us donning layers of warm clothes and heading out. Then of course, there are the long walks and long bike rides, the trips to the pool, the great meals and lounging in the hot tub, playing spoons and seeing Granny fly across the table to grab the last spoon. We could go on and is so much that is special about this place.
