1 BR, 3 BA Condo – Great Year-Round Location – Sleeps 6!

Any local will tell you that Frisco is the best central location in Summit County. Breckenridge and Copper Mountain ski resorts are an easy drive, and just across Dillon Reservoir, Keystone and A-Basin beckon as well. In the summer, the lake is Frisco’s playground, as well as dozens of bike paths and hiking/biking trails. It’s the perfect basecamp for all year-round mountain activities. Your group will thank you for it!

This 1-bedroom, three-bathroom condo sleeps up to six, so it’s ideal for a mid-sized family or a guys’ or girls’ getaway. The living area has comfortable furniture, a gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV, as well as killer mountain views. The full kitchen has everything you need to keep the gang fed and happy; the dining table seats six, and there’s room for three at the counter as well.

The views from the patio off the kitchen are even better. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, two outdoor parking spaces, and complementary Wi-Fi. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, we supply all linens, basic toiletries, and the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every arrival. Plus, our local staff is available 24/7 to help make your stay as enjoyable and worry-free as possible, with an office located in downtown Frisco.

- A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.

We made several meals and anything/everything we needed was there. We even hosted a couple friends for dinner one night - there was plenty of seating and space for all of us and our things. The master suite was super spacious with loads of storage. It was incredibly comfortable for 6 of us.

Perfect location

Me and the guys come out to CO every year for a boarding trip. Very clean spot, centrally located, and couldn’t ask for more out of a rental. Would come back again

Great mountain getaway

The property was great and just what we were looking for - close to the mountains for skiing, 3 minute drive from Frisco’s Main Street, 15/20 minutes from Breck! The views were great and the condo was clean and homey, with lots of room for guests. Shared hot tub was close and nice. Would recommend!

Absolutely ideal

We chose to stay in town to be close to restaurants and stores etc and this condo couldn’t have been better. Great location. Extremely comfortable for a family of 4. The kids loved the loft and their own bathroom. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. We loved this place! Good way to start the New Year!

We have stayed in this unit before and have always loved being there. It proved to be cleaner than another unit we stayed in the same building and for that we appreciated it. Check in is seamless and loved that we don’t have to worry about carrying around a key. Using the Summit key is a lot easier than the other type of keypad. The unit is well furnished and has a new sofa since we were there last. The ad needs a new photo since the leather sofa is the old one and no longer there. It is convenient to everything. A couple of years ago we even saw a moose and baby walk through the property. Will be staying again for sure.

Great space and well equipped

We enjoyed our stay - lots of space and bathrooms despite it being only a 1 bedroom. Kitchen was very well equipped and appreciated plenty of towels and basics throughout the unit. Everything was very clean and not outdated. The master was very cold until we asked for a space heater and the mattresses could use an update on several of the beds for increased comfort.

Copper Mountain and Arapahoe Basin Ski Trip 2023

Very nice place, perfect for our family of four! Living furniture was not quite the same as in the online photographs. Check-in process was slightly difficult due to weak AT&T cellular phone signal at the condo, so had trouble accessing link with front door key code.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was very nice and the kitchen very well stocked with lots of cookware and dishes. The location was excellent, too, being just a short walk to the free bus to Copper. It's a 5-star property and I would recommend it to others - except for the following warning for which I'll deduct one star. The business practices of the rental agency, Summit Rentals, are unfair and borderline unethical. They lure you in to the reservation (with cancellation penalties) by accepting down payment via credit card. Only then do they tell you that a scanned copy of your driver license is reqired. This is an invasion of privacy and inconsistent with good personal data safeguards (who wants their DL posted on the internet?). Then on top of that, when the remaining payment is due they no longer accept the same credit card as payment - unless you pay a 3.5% surcharge! If you decline that then they want your bank account info for a direct transfer. Sounds like a typical internet scam and is not consistent with good customer service (i.e. helping ensure personal private data is honored). I won't rent from this company again.

Out of this world customer service and their ability to help us find a new place to stay in a matter of minutes was so appreciated. The home offered so much more than we needed. It was clean, comfortable, fully stocked, and more than any family would need for a getaway.

A week at copper!!

Everything very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Somewhat cold when we arrived and took quite a while to warm-up. After first evening and some additional space heaters temperature was comfortable!
