Gîte Villa Sous Les Pins

We rent a villa of 130 m² with kitchen, living room and dining room, three bedrooms sleeps 6, a bathroom, a wc, a bathroom with wc.
There is a large terrace and an enclosed garden.

It is located on our 6 hectare agricultural property.

You can go to the swimming pool access which is in front of the other three adjoining gîtes.

We are 900 meters from the city center (restaurants, shops ...), the beaches or the port are 3.5 km away, you can go there on foot or by bike via the green track, which passes by our house , safely.

There is air conditioning only in the living room and dining room.
You have the wifi box in the villa, the connection is therefore very good.

This villa is composed:
* a large, very clear room with flat screen TV and direct access to the terrace,
* a real open kitchen equipped with microwave oven, gas hob, extractor hood, fridge + freezer, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, table and chairs.
* a bedroom with a 160 * 200 bed (2 quality beds) with bathroom and wc,
* a bedroom with a 140 * 190 bed (2 quality beds),
* a bedroom with 2 beds 90 * 190 (2 quality beds)
* a bathroom with window, with a bathtub, sink and storage unit,
* a separate toilet
* a laundry room with washing machine

You have places to park, and also put a boat or other trailer.

We provide free sheets and towels. You will always have at your disposal for free 2 tea towels, 2 bath mats and some household products.

In La Londe, we are 10,000 inhabitants and you will find everything on site: restaurants, supermarkets, bicycle / car / scooter / boat rental ..., pharmacies, doctors ..., we even have a very nice international golf course! !
