Our cozy place is literally 3.2 miles from Downtown Chicago, access to South Loop and West Loop and many other neighborhoods.

This house has been renovated from top to bottom with all the desired modern touches and amenities.

Between every booking the house will be professionally cleaned and each guest will be supplied with fresh towels and linens.

**WE RESIDE UPSTAIRS, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO HOST YOUR AFTER-SET PARTY. BE MINDFUL AND RESPECTFUL**

**No excessively loud noises or music as there are other people and guests in the building.

**NO SMOKING on premises is permitted** IF DETECTED MINIMUM $250 CLEANING FEE

**There is to be no more than 5 people in apartment at any given time.

- Per VRBO Guidelines, we are required to let all guests know we have 24 hour surveillance on our front door and the private entrance of VRBO Apartments


PARKING
The street that the property is on does require a permit. You can park on the two adjacent streets to the apartment and we usually never have an issue locating a parking spot.

**Please be certain to look at street signs at all times. Do not park In designated handicap parking spaces they are designated for residents**

If you will need a parking permit for your stay please ask us for details. It will be on us!!
