Close to skiing at both Catamount and Butternut. There is room for everyone, with 4 bedrooms, including two master suites. The first floor features an open concept kitchen/living/dining, along with a powder room, spacious mudroom and a gorgeous newly added 4 season sun room with radiant heat. There is also a queen bedded master suite on the first floor with a walk in closet and bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi tub. The second floor has 3 additional bedrooms including a second master suite that has both a king sized bed and a twin bed, and a bathroom with a walk in shower (no tub). An additional bedroom features a full size bed, and the last bedroom has a twin over full bunk. An additional bathroom with tub completes the second floor. Luxury bamboo sheets on all beds. Both a travel crib and extra large playpen are available. The lower level bonus space gives the kids a place to play and also features a television. The very private house sits at the end of a long driveway and is charmingly situated in a park like setting, with a meadow filled with birdsong, specimen plantings, a fruit orchard, and garden (more in-season photos coming soon!) Conveniently located in Sheffield, MA, close to South Egremont, Great Barrington, Salisbury/Lakeville, CT area and all of the restaurants, skiing and cultural attractions in Berkshire County. All appliances in the home are less than 5 years old. Dogs are considered.
