Ideally located in the heart of the historic center of the beautiful city of Aix en Provence, between the Place des 3 Ormeaux, Place Richelme (Market Square), and the Place des Prêcheurs, very nice and spacious apartment of 83 m2, full charming, overlooking a beautiful square planted with plane trees, very quiet (pedestrian) and not overlooked, including a beautiful living room of 35 m2 with 2 large windows, open kitchen, 2 large bedrooms of 15 and 22 m2 (Queen size bed and King size) with air conditioning and office area, separate toilet, bathroom.
Tomettes throughout the apartment, fireplace in each room, beautiful volumes (3.20 meters under ceiling), clear and calm.

Tout s'est bien passé dans l'appartement de Frank, Les descriptions sont conformes à la réalité, l'appartement a été rénové tout en restant authentique. Les dimensions sont très confortables et assez inhabituelles pour ce type de logement.

Great location but lots of stairs!

We enjoyed the open kitchenLiving space with large table.For women of our age the stairs with luggage was a challenge as there is no elevator.The toilet room could certainly use an upgrade.Good location.

Un bel appartement au cœur du veil Aix

Très bien placé pour un week-end entre amis. Nous avons apprécié le cadre et l'environnement. Nous avons été très bien accueilli lors de notre arrivée. Les quelques marches entre la pièce principale et les wc et pieces de nuit peuvent être compliquées p pour certaines personnes.

Spacious apartment in the heart of Aix!

We had a wonderful stay in this large, light-filled apartment that had everything we needed! So grateful for our mini-vacation here where the best markets, cafés, shops and restaurants were steps away! Merci and I hope we can come again!

The location is beautiful and walkable. The apartment needs maintenance. Toilet broken, power outlets did not work.

Location Location Location

Great apartment in the heart of Aix-En-Provence. Everything is a short walk, a great supermarket is literally right around the corner and the apartment was well stocked, clean and well furnished. Please take note that this a very old building, and it has very old building features like spiral stairs (40 steps up!) and step transitions from living room to bedrooms & bathrooms. No super-close parking if you have a car, but there are several parking garages nearby. Driving around the city center of Aix is not fun AT ALL, so we were glad to have the car in a garage on the days we stayed in town. Very charming and comfortable, it was nice to stay in a few evenings and just relax. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location but needs work

The location was great and the beds were comfortable but the apartment needs to be better maintained. Things like broken furniture, broken garbage bins, broken tiles, and cracked dishes make this place feel like a letdown. A chair in the larger bedroom had no seat but a pillow set on top to make you think it was usable. Door handles would just come off in your hand when trying to open doors. The toilet room didn’t have a handle at all, just a hook and latch. They did let us do a late check out which we appreciated but I can’t say I’d recommend this apartment until they put some work into it.

What a perfect , large and comfortable apartment in a great location. The apartment was thoughtfully outfitted and check in and out was straight forward. We felt like locals staying here.

A little rough around the edges but just fine

Older apartment, lotsa stairs, somewickean, but not spotless. It's location is what this place has going for it. Lots of room.

Just OK

A spiral staircase of 40 steps was difficult especially with luggage. Each section ( kitchen, DR, Living room space) and bedrooms was OK but joined by a difficult awkward three step arrangement that was dangerous and difficult with bedrooms down one side and a slapped together toilet on the other. Beautiful front windows and wonderful location. Overpriced, you can stay at a nicer hotel for less.

Charming apartment in a vibrant, charming city

Location, location, location! This apartment has perfect in so many ways. We overlooked a lovely square featuring beautiful trees and chairs for sitting. Walking in one direction brought us to a number of different squares full of shops and lively restaurants and a walk in the other direction brought us to Cour Mirabeau and all the wonderful marketplaces of Aix en Provence.

Holiday in Aix-en-Provence

The location of this property is perfect! The apartment looks out onto trees on a quiet square. It is an easy walk everywhere. Aix is a beautiful place and was perfect for a day trip to Luberon (we rented a car), Cassis (by train) and Marseille. Good cafes and restaurants and a good sized Monoprix just around the corner. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Access by car/taxi is a little tricky due to its location inside the old town albeit at the edge. There is no elevator which wasn't a problem for us. It's two stories above the ground.

spacious, great location

lots of room, excellent AC in the 2 bedrooms. Wonderful location in the heart of the old towne yet very quiet for the most part. Bedding was very comfortable A couple of things to keep in mind: - 42 winding stairs up to the apartment - 2 steps down and 2 steps up from the main area to the toilet which is in a separate room than the bath room - furniture needs to be replaced, especially the sofa and chairs in living room - watch your heard going to/from the toilet - no AC in the living room/kitchen area (Main Room) Given the spaciousness we would stay again and hopefully the owners invest in some new(er) furniture

Large apartment

Enjoyed meeting Christina and staying at Antonio’s spacious clean 2 bedroom apartment AC came in handy at night. We didn’t cook but could have if we wanted to. 2 steps down to bedrooms and bathroom. Climbed 2 floors up narrow staircase. Very accessible location in Old Aix, numerous cafes restaurants nearby. Paid parking 10 minutes away. Good communication with owner and Christina.

Schönes und gut ausgerüstetes Appartement im Herzen der Altstadt von Aix en Provence. Geräumige Zimmer und grosszügiger Küchen- & Essbereich. Alles Interessante in Fussgängernähe. Gut zu Fuss sollte man sein (enger Flur und Lage im 2. Stock). Eine Empfehlung!

Great apartment!

The apartment is large, with large rooms, and is in a great location - in old town. The AC was very much appreciated as it was very hot when we stayed there. The owner and Christina were both very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Gemütliche Wohnung in ruhiger Altstadtlage

Die helle geschmackvolle Wohnung liegt in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Aix-en-Provence und ist dennoch absolut ruhig. Man kann Vieles zu Fuss erreichen. Ein kleines gutes Restaurant ist gleich nebenan. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. In der Wohnung hat es Alles, was man braucht. Wir kommen sicher wieder, merci.
