You`ll be staying in a 465 renovated historic casita with thick adobe walls, rustic wood beam ceilings, living area with a large HD Smart TV, private patio, king sized bed and bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a full kitchen with a refrigerator with ice maker (no freezer).
The historic Santa Fe home in the South Capitol District of Santa Fe was converted to a 3 unit complex of which this is the rear unit. You can walk across the street to Sage Bakehouse for coffee and breakfast in the morning. The Rail Yard District is 5 minute walk where you will find restaurants, cafes, brew pubs, art galleries, antique and art markets, the Santa Fe Farmer`s market, movie theaters, etc.. You are located 0.7 mi from the historic Plaza and 1.2 miles from Canyon Road.
The unit is located on Paseo De Peralta which loops around the historic downtown so there will be some street noise.
Door entry via key code. Uncovered parking for one vehicle available plus street parking.
We are available to answer your questions and needs during your stay.
If you aren`t up for walking other transportation options besides your own vehicle are Uber or Lyft and the Santa Fe Trails downtown bus system. Max Occupancy: Two (2) persons as per City of Santa Fe Ordinance.

We loved this casita. The location was close to everything, we were able to walk to most of our visits. The accommodations were very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Our host was also very kind and accomodating to our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Charming place, fantastic location
This property was just as pictured--a really cute place for a couple. It was immaculate and well-appointed with anything you would need. We loved the private little patio off the back! It is right in the heart of downtown Santa Fe, walking distance from both the Plaza and the Railyard area as well as great restaurants, bars, and breweries. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

I absolutely loved my stay here! Paul and Laurie are incredible hosts that offered more than enough recommendations, which was especially helpful for me as a solo traveler that has never visited the area before.The rental had absolutely everything that I needed and is perfectly located within the city so that you can walk everywhere and really get to take in your surroundings. I loved the aesthetic of the space, and it was really helpful that there is laundry on site to use and a functioning kitchen.I will be staying here again the next time I visit Santa Fe and highly recommend the spot for any other individual travelers or couples.

This property was clean and centrally located. I highly recommend for a single or couple tracking to Santa Fe. The host was very communicative and quick to respond to questions. Don’t miss Sage Bakery, a two minute walk down the road for the best pastries in town!

Beautiful place and great location!
We absolutely loved this sweet casita! Very clean, very comfortable, and very quiet. A lot of thought went into the the decoration and furnishings. The owners were easy to communicate and work with. The location was ideal and walkable.The parking was a little tight but it worked out. Thank you for your hospitality!!

Great Spot
The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s even cuter in real life. Very clean, comfortable and beautiful. The patio off the back is great. The location is a few blocks walk to the railroad yard and a few more blocks to the square. It was great being able to walk everywhere. We would definitely stay here again

This VRBO stay was the easiest I have ever done. From the Constant updates from the owner and giving us restaurant ideas. To the location which was in the alliance g distance to most things in Santa Fe. To how when you open the door of the VRBO it felt like it was your home and was very well appointed kitchen to the comfortable bed to the fantastic bathroom and shower. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

I visited my new college friend from Santa Fe one summer break and fell instantly in love with the city and moved here in 1989. My wife, Laurie, and I raised our family here. Both my wife and I are in the real estate business.
We love food and culture which is plentiful in Santa Fe. Our favorite travel destination is Europe and especially Italy (food again) where my family roots are. I love to cook having learned from my Italian nona.
We are very casual people and love to share our "city different". We are available to give you suggestions and tips for your stay.
